scene at columbia a avenue, just continue. >> reporter: nicole and erika, good morning. we are right across the the street from the house. fire fighters still on the street this morning wetting down hot spots. we have seen smoke from the back of the home here. we have seen fire marshals looking into a cause. the let's take you to cell phone video, sent to us by a viewer of the fire at its the height. this is a three story a attached home. it was fully object fire from every visible point this was the scene shortly after 1:40 this morning when this fire first broke out. video sent to us by a viewer and this is what fire fighters found when they arrived at 6100 block of west columbia avenue. lets go to the video of the the scene afterward. this was a two alarm fire as it cut a hole through that three story structure and caused damage to the home next door. by 2:23 we are told this fire was under control but heavy

damage to both homes. the fire home had absolutely in roof at this point. there is some fire to the home next door, rather fire damage to the roof of the home next door. heavy fire, smoke and water damage to that adjoining home. we are told there were no injuries reported as it relates to the fire at this time. lets go back out live to the look at the fire fighter dousing that home from way up high on that ladder down there again, putting out hot spots here. fire marshals are on the scene, there are no reports of any injuries at the this time. residents or fire fighters. we are told one person might be displaced at this time and two cats and turtles were taken from the adjoining home. we are live from overbrook, i'm just continue finch for cbs-3 eyewitness news. developing right the now a raid in the paris suburb connected to last friday's attacks in paris. the there have been explosions and exchanges of gunfire, and two are dead including a woman who blew herself up with a

suicide belt. five others are under arrest. french authorities say operation targeted suspect master mind of last weeks attacks, although there is no confirmation on who exactly is in custody. there are fear of further terror attack, bomb threat canceled a soccer threat between germany and netherland 90 minutes before kick off. search turned nothing up. there has been no arrest. police dyings are searching two air france dogs but were diverted before they could arrive. thinks flight 55 which left dulles airport in northern virginia. it landed late last night in halifax nova scotia flight 65 left los angeles and landed safely in salt lake city. passengers got off both planes and were taken in terminals. what happened in parises leading to tighter security in philadelphia and other major cities. police are keeping a closer eye on restaurant, shopping centers and other public places. police commissioner charles ramsey says they all pose a problem.

observation deck at the top of the liberty one will open to the public on saturday, november 28th. a company that operates observation decks worldwide will be in charge of the attraction. "eyewitness news" reporter jan carabao will have a first look from inside that observation deck at 5:30. fabulous views. she did say it was enclosed because of the wind, i would be worried about her. that is coming up next hour. another republican drops out of the 2016 race for the white house. the last night louisiana governor bobby jindal announce he is evening his candidacy for president. jindal entered in june. since then he has been dogged by low poll numbers. jindal will go to work at his thinks tank he started few years ago. severe storm system that, started flooding continues to move east today. at least two people were killed by down trees in washington on tuesday. high wind caused hundreds of thousands of people in the state to lose power. back here at home though not looking bad this morning.

here's the headlines, continues in the, suburbs that happening in the overnight raid. authorities stormed an apartment building where they believed the alleged pennsylvania master mind of the attacks was held up. two people were killed, one person is believed to still be inside that building. anonymous threats force two air france planes bound for paris from the u.s. to be diverted. one plane was from los angeles, other plane took off from dulles near washington d.c. both landed a safely. an investigation is underway in the cause of the huge house fire, that fire broke out overnight in the 6100 block of west columbia avenue in overbrook. no one was injured. the philadelphia parking authority is now allowing to you pay, by phone. there is a new app called

meter up, drivers can set up on their smart phone using their license plate and credit card number. app will notify you when you have seven minutes left on the meter. you can add more time without having to run back, to your car, find change, all of that. pp thea is testing out the app and if successful it the will go city wide in six months. the there is just nothing not to like about that. >> that is always me running, at the last possible second to avoid that ticket. >> can i get change, can i get change, crazy. >> 4:50. time for a check of business news. >> henna daniels joins us from the insuring stock exchange. we are hearing one airline saying that one airline will not allow traveling with your fury companions, what change what are we talking about. >> reporter: planning on taking fido on the next delta flight airlines just announced it will no longer accept pets and checked baggage. exceptions include military members and service animals.

lets check on the road, meisha, good morning. >> good morning to all of you at home if you are just waking up we're happy you are here. still early and dark outside. here's i-95 south coming around that curve looking good and quiet on i-95 still this morgue. we have construction on i-95 northbound between bridge street and cottman. that right lane is block, you can see those cones still in place. this is overnight construction. we are wait forgo that to lift. but be aware that right lane is still block in that area. also construction on the vine east and westbound between schuylkill and broad, that is what was blocked for some time. we are keeping an eye on. that we will let you know when that is completely cleared. thinks where we had a tractor trailer fire on the pennsylvania turnpike westbound closed between
