there. all the way around s curve and center city looking very mild. traffic is light. that is what we should expect this time of the morning. also i-95 north between bridge street and cottman that right lane is block. i apologize for the shaky camera but moving in the north bound direction you can see the cones still in place blocking that right lane. for those moving in the northbound direction on i-95. that is only one right now that is causing hang ups. we will look at the vine still completely closed down east and west between schuylkill and broad. we that you had westbound was opened but that was activity from actually the workers trying to get this cleared out. it usually clears right around 5:00 a.m. it has been cleared out of your way. this in the westbound direction. this is eastbound sigh, no commuters, it is still closed. we will update new five minutes, erika, over to you. new this morning flames tear through a home in philadelphia a's overbrook neighborhood. >> this is what fire fighters

had to deal w it took them an hour to get that two alarm fire under control. "eyewitness news" reporter justin finch is live at that scene. justin, good morning. >> reporter: nicole, good morning. the just learned a short time ago red cross expected about seven people to be displaced, possibly eight, as a result of the fire. the woman tolls us she heard sound of breaking glass, and then her nephew came into rescue her. the lets show you the fire that she escape. this is fire at its height. as you you can see a three story home fully engulfed in flames just after 1:40. fire fighters arrived to the 6100 block of west columbia avenue and this is what they found. it took them 45 minutes or so to get that fire under control. let's show you this scene after award. this two alarm fire would gut the entire structure and even caused damage to the home next door and then third and rooftop area of the home.

the by 2:23 the fire was under control. you could see damage to both home as a result of fire, smoke, water damage but fire and smoke damage with the home next door, water as well. on the scene here the fire marshall is here looking for cause of the fire with the chief still inside the home looking for possible source of the fire. we heard it was caused by a grill of some kind at the home but that remains under investigation this morning. lets go back outside to the scene, fire engines still here on west columbia avenue putting out hot spots. also looking for flare-ups that could be caused as a result of the fire that happened here overnight. red paw did rescue two cats and two turtles from that adjoining home and we're seeing as many as eight people displaced. we will will bring you more details, but we are live in overbrook i'm justin finch for cbs-3 "eyewitness news". >> erika and nicole.

>> developing right now, gunshots, explosions, and a standoff when french police go head to head with suspects from last friday's terror attacks in paris. now this is all happening inside where two people are dead, including a woman that blew herself up. five others in custody. police believed the alleged master mind was held up in the building there. two air france planes flying from the u.s. to paris got the all clear after threats forced them to be diverted last night. jonathan vigliotti is in saint dennis with more. >> reporter: gunfire erupted in the paris, suburb overnight where police believe master mine of the terror attacks was hiding. residents heard explosions, some evacuated, others were told to stay indoors as heavily armed office are and soldiers moved through the streets. authorities think the master

mind abdelhamid abaaoud was inside the apartment with several other heavily armed suspect. the tense scene comes as police begin searching for second man they think slipped away after the carnage. authorities reportedly spotted him on surveillance video in the car with two other attackers who opened fire on customers at the a bar. brother of one of the suspected a attackers is appealing for him to come forward. my advice is to turn himself into the police he said so justice can shed light on what happened. the saint dennis is just a mile from the south of the france soccer stadium targeted by three suicide bombers. secretary of the state says a attack on soft targets like these pose yet another challenge for the the fight against isis. >> for a terrorist you only, if you are willing to die you can choose almost anywhere to go do that. everybody else who is in law enforcement trying to prevent it has to get are every single right all the time 24/7, 365 that is a much tougher task.

advance of this guy and this storm system has been a brutal weather maker. blizzard conditions back toward colorado, heavy rain falling across mississippi and we are expecting another round potentially down that way. here however very likely not a severe weather situation. heavy rain, absolutely. gusty win, absolutely but in the any severe weather criteria. it does not get here until tomorrow. could there be a stray shower especially north and west of the city of philadelphia later today in do you see time stamp there. might see a stray shower here and there. not enough to require an umbrella today f we saw that shower it is late tore day or tonight. by late morning tomorrow the rain is starting to push in regional wide here as early a as 10:00 a.m. these models suggesting a half inch. we are talking upward of an inch give or take, depending on location if one heavy batch rolls rolls in but this is essentially an all day event. expect that it will be a soggy
