natasha brown is in cinnaminson tonight where this trooper is from. what can you tell us. >> reporter: well, just tting access to this dash cam video today, we understand that new jersey state trooper was charged with drunken driving, he apparently professed his sobriety from the very beginning from when the first trooper responded to this 911 call to the garden state parkway this is sergeant first class michael road side. he told the trooper that he was under effects of anesthesia. they later were to found on it that was not the case. we have excerpt from the dash cam video. let's listen in. >> how are you doing. >> not too well. >> are you okay. >> i just came from surgery. i'm under anesthesia right now. >> okay. >> unaudible.

>> well, police would later find out that sergeant roadside's blood alcohol level was twice the legal limit. they were also, able to find open containers of beer inside his police cruiser. now that dash cam video, again just released today and led to his suspension without pay. he is facing a number of charges including dwi, careless driving, monk other things. he is a 28 year veteran of the state police force. we are live from cinnaminson, tonight i'm natasha brown, cbs-3 "eyewitness news". we are tracking rain, just a miserable thursday. wet, windy and warm but will it clear up for the weekend? kate is in the weather center to talk more about that. >> it will clear out the but we may be wishing for at least these temperatures back by the time we get into sunday as temperatures will take a hit over the next several days as a 1/2 punch as far as cool air is concern. punch number one comes

other items, and then left through the the front door. path state senate could vote next week on a proposal that would end school property taxes but some sales and personal income taxes could increase, as a result. "eyewitness news" reporter todd quinones has details. >> reporter: it would be a historic first, the end of all school property taxes in pennsylvania. >> more than 80 local taxpayer groups came to me a couple years ago and essentially said, forget trying to tweak the property tax for school districts, the only solution is to kill it. >> reporter: this congressman is spots organize and bill in the senate receiving bipartisan support that proposing eliminating school property taxes for homeowners and landowners in exchange for racial the states sales tax from six to 7 percent, and increasing personal income tax, from 3.07 to 4.34 percent. >> the the senate is expected to vote on this bill, next week and if it passes, it will go to the house, but just two

and their families. sometimes, you just got to have some fun. strutting their stuff at saks fifth avenue among professional models, cancer patients and their families. this is dakota fischer, who is only 26, and she has battled two bought of cancer. on the runway she gets to take a break from cancer. >> it is so great to actually be like a a model and feel like after so much treatment and stuff to feel beautiful. >> reporter: this was 13th annual in fashion fund raise tore benefit cancer support community of greater philadelphia it provides emotional support for cancer patients. >> to me it is one of the best things they have done during my recovery. talking to people who good it is a difference experience. >> reporter: rachel coons has stage four breast cancer, as a mother of four children. she and the kid go to a variety of groups provided by the the cancer support community. >> it is a way for us to bond as a family. >> reporter: rachel's 17 year-old daughter was one of the models in the the show wearing designs by b a aha

toward ben franklin bridge and we are seeing a lot of fog in the area right the now and low visability out in the roadways as well, road spray that will slow you down this evening. here's a time lapse from the live neighborhood network area camera in broadheadsville. we started the day with clouds and light showers. throughout the afternoon it continues to intensify. it was pouring in broadheadville. cannot even see mountains in the background and did clear out in the past couple of hours. again, heavy rain continuing to move through in two batch's long the east coast. one lifting up through new york city metro area, nasty commute that way and another heavy batch pushing east off the coast of north carolina this storm is on its last legs here but look at this line that has intensified extending from bucks, montgomery county and right into center city philadelphia a. some of the heaviest rain we have seen so far today pushing in right now from the main line, again right into portions of north philadelphia and continuing to move east. throughout the next couple hours things will improve and then we will start to talk about a cool down.

it will be a two phase cool down, easing up in the real cold weather. mother nature knows we cannot deal witt all at once. 64 degrees. sixty-three millville. out ahead of the front it is still very warm in charleston, it is 73. raleigh-durham at 58. this is what we will be feeling tomorrow. temperatures generally in the 50's, st. louis, nashville but heading backup to the north and west there is a secondary cold front and this cold air 46 in omaha, 46 in minneapolis. that will be dragged in our region as we head into our weekend. the is there pocket of cold. it rotates through. we will start to feel it on sunday. two front, one coming through tonight. another one coming through generally dry on sat the day night. future weather shows most of the rain pushing out in the next couple of hours. by 9:00 still some lingering showers and by midnight off the coast, wind will get gusty again behind it from the north and west and we will feel that tomorrow. high pressure starts to build n there that is brisk northwesterly flow tomorrow, highs barely getting in the low 50's in the afternoon.

feel like 40's much of the day. wind die down saturday. that is good news. still chilly. sunshine and a few cloud, highs in the lower 50's and then sunday, behind that secondary cold front this will be the coldest day since march . only in the 40's, brisk, chilly. you can see how temperatures drop. notice just after midnight in the upper 50's. that may go on the books as our daytime high for tomorrow but in the afternoon with that strong gusty wind many don't get a above 51 or 52 degrees. chilly friday is on the way but at least sun comes back. overnight gradual clearing, breezy 50 degrees is overnight lose for you. heading in to your friday, sunny, breezy, cooler, 55. that may be optimistic and that may be overnight actually. for your sunday kick off forecast 45 for the eagles. it will feel like 35 with the gusty wind. monday still cold but here's good news next week toward thanksgiving day holiday we are looking at sunshine, tuesday, wednesday, thursday, good for travelers and it could be mild on thanksgiving
