coldest suburbs, may drop another degree or two right before sunrise, winds, calm, to about 5 miles per hour or so. so there are areas of frost this morning, and you'll be scraping it off your car. big storm system across the midwest, steady snow flying over chicago. that will storm is really going to miss us, as far as this moisture, just bring some clouds, what you are seeing right now, more clouds tonight. that's about it. it will drag cold front through here. just locks in the colder air for the rest of the weekends of the today slowly warming up to 50 by noontime, sunshine, clouds, make it up to about 53 for the high temperature for philadelphia, mid 50's, little more sun in south jersey at the shore, and chilly day in the mountains, 45 degrees, and partly sunny skies. we talk about the colder after for sunday coming up in just a few minutes, nicole, back to you. >> justin, thanks. new this morning, crews are battling two alarm fire in pennsgrove, new jersey. crews responded just after 10:00 last night to report of heater or furnace fire on wes pittman street. crews quickly place that fire under control, then, just before 1:00 this morning, that fire sparked back up, and fully engulfed that home.

fortunately, there are no injuries. but the house is completely destroyed. two families have been displaced and crews are still working to put out that fire. now, to the latest, on the deadly hotel siege in mali, africa. we now know the american among the dead has ties to new jersey, yesterday's siege comes just one week after the deadly terror attacks in paris. "eyewitness news" reporter diana rocco has the details. >> mali police joined by the french and one off duty special forces open force 100 hostages from the radisson blue hotel in the capitol of mali. gunmen armed with grenades moved in just before 7:00 a.m., driving a toyota suv with diplomatic plates. started shooting in an attack that left at least 20 dead including american anita detar. forty-one year old from the baltimore area who grew up in new jersey. she works for a non-profit group helping under served communities. >> we are devestated by the loss of our wonderful daughter. >> one witness says the men

the auto maker is recalling its entire fleet of model s sedans. wants to check their front seatbelts, after one became disconnected. now the recall involved 90,000 cars world-wide. there have been no accidents, or injuries, related to that problem. well, sometimes, if your car gets recalled, it doesn't always mean you'll get a quick fix, some people complain there aren't enough parts and mechanics care out the repairs right away. 64 million vehicles in the u.s. with safety defects. some with the potential to kill. 64 million vehicles, that need to funnel their way through 16,000 dealerships nationwide for repairs. repairs that aren't necessarily happening quickly. for instance, in may, "3 on your side" reported that at the rate takata airbags are being manufactured it, could be two and a half years before they all get replaced. >> the number is absolutely staggering. >> jake fisher the director of auto testing at consumer reports. >> it is confusing for consumers to have these vehicles, because you can't always get them fixed right away. >> the national highway traffic safety administration acknowledges parts, supplies, and the availability of repair technicians are both factors in delayed recall repairs. so what can a concerned vehicle owner do? the auto alliance, which represents 12 manufacturers, says owner should request a loner from the deal here will work with the manufacturer. loners given on case-by-case basis. >> i'm just taking chances.

riding on freezing right now. so again, cold start this morning. have good sunrise shaping up. pictures sent in from our weather watchers, this is fran out in nottingham. mid level clouds showing up, closer to home here in philadelphia, from phil, he's showing those high serous clouds this morning, so again we go mostly sun think afternoon, more clouds will build in throughout the afternoon into tonight. let's take you outside. to our north into burke county, we go to kutztown, live look from the neighborhood network. from the kutztown area middle school where it is 27 degrees, you can see the frost out on the fields. cam winds pretty much out of the north northeast 1 mile per hour right now, so, chilly start, in some of the northwest suburbs. check it out. all every these orange boxes indicate temperatures above average for the entire day when you average everything out. the entire month, almost. one day where it was below average, one day right on average, 7.3 degrees above average, good bet we finish offer the month of november above average. next couple every days, different story.

actually going to stay little below average, we head to sunday, monday, average high of 54, close to that today, tomorrow, struggling to get to near 50. highs on monday, only in the 40's. don't get used to it, though, warm it back up as we head into thanksgiving holiday. some left over clouds over us right now. they are thinning out. we go generally mostly sunny, later on this morning, but clouds quickly move back in tonight. here is the reason. storm system out across the midwest bringing heavy snow to chicago right now, actual center of the storm moves to the north. we're just going see some clouds roll in here tonight with the cold front. once the front passes by, it ushers in some colder air for sunday into monday. we see increasing sunshine, for sunday, and mix of sun and clouds for your monday, but again the story is just some cold temperatures, little below average. today, low mid 50's, at best, tonight, not quite as cold as this morning, because of the clouds. mid 40's, for the overnight low temperatures. then here is sunday check it out we struggle to get close to 50 degrees, so, we're running oh, 5 degrees or so below average.

and the reason is the jet stream, it is on the move. there is the core of the coldest air, northern planes starts to track southwards. that core settles in over us on monday, so that's why we are talking about highs only in the 40's, then watch what happens. this jet stream moves back north. here comes another push of some milder air. it is not record breaking. but talking about temperatures returning to around 60 by the end of next week. cool day today. sunshine, clouds, 53 for the high. tonight, not quite as cold. mostly cloudy, 44 for the low, them looking a led to your thanksgiving holiday next thursday, looking good. mostly sunny skies, temperatures back above average at 58 degrees. so, few cool days ahead, with sunshine and clouds, both saturday and sunday, highs in the lower 50's, only in the mid 40's, on monday, with overnight lows even at the city right around freezing, so the suburbs will be dropping well to the 20's, but each day, it gets a little milder. we will see a lot of sunshine for next tuesday, wednesday, and thanksgiving, back to the upper 50s, and "black friday", 06 degrees for the high, next
