>> i'm the man of summer. i was towels talking about the beach, drying to bring warm thoughts. bad timing on monday morning, but for those of that you want it, feeling like the holidays, you have got it today. this is your forecast, check it out. waking up to cold numbers right now, low mid 30's, below freeze nag loft suburbs at this hour, even at the airport, 36 degrees, philadelphia, 35, millville, atlantic city. we zoom into some suburbs, freezing in quakertown, 29 in pottstn, 31 doylestown, wear the heavier coat. really not the temperatures, it is the winds making it feel even coal. northwest winds still coming in at ten to 15 miles per hour this morning, we'll have some higher gusts so this is the actual feels-like temperature, windchill, haven't used this whole lot at all this fall season, feeling like 30 in philadelphia, lower 20's, in reading. feels like 13 degrees right now in mount pocono. so may have to throw on the gloves as well. it will be rough morning jog or bike ride if you are headed out there this morning, at least clear skies over us,

that will be the trends today. a loft sunshine returns to our forecast, but still temperatures overall well below average. so 9:00 still in the mid 30's with full sunshine, up to 40 at noontime, so chilly lunch hour. afternoon highs will struggle to get into the mid 40's, so running almost 10 degrees below average. same deal at the shore, up in the poconos stuck in the mid 30's today. feels like warmer a, wait few more days, details in a few minutes, let's head over to meisha for a check on the latest road conditions. >> happy monday to you, happy monday to all of you at home. this is a video, accident we have going on 95 southbound near bridge. this is from little earlier, what ended up happening was it sounds like suspected drunk driver hit a cop car that was actually on scene attending to another accident. you can see, the work that's coming in place, and this still there. if i can go to one of the live shots outside, 95 southbound, near the bridge street, same place where the accident was with the video you just saw, as you can see, look at this,

it is 4:30 in the morning, still very dark, very early outside, already just string of vehicles. three left lanes are blocked, the only lane that's getting my this area right now is the far right lane, like i said, even though it is still early this morning, it is causing some significant delays, not having the accident cleaned up. so, just make note of that as you head out if you have to take 95 southbound specially around the area of bridge street. here is a look at the vine completely closed down still for over night construction eastbound and westbound so this usually kind of lift after 5:00 a.m., maybe even slightly before. i'll let you know when it does between broad and the schuylkill. still closed on the vine. ben franklin bridge coming from jersey, no problems whatsoever there, looking good on the ben franklin bridge. do have car fire on the northeast extension southbound before quakertown. all lanes are block in and around this area. when come back in about 15 minutes, i'll gave you a alternate. back to you. >> meisha, thank you. eagles have short week. they play the lie nones detroit on thanksgiving day. good thing too. they will be able to forget about yesterday's blow out lost at the linc.

to canada following a bomb threat. no explosion were were found. new orleans police say 16 people were injured at shooting at a playground. hundreds were gathered for an impromptu music video shoot last night when two groups of people opened fire on each other. say both groups involved in the shooting ran off immediately after the gunfire. all 16 victims have been taken to the hospital. >> the red cross meanwhile is helping families affected by a fire in philadelphia's nicetown tioga neighborhood. crews responded to the 3600 block of north 21st street last night. they were able to place that two alarm fire under control about a half hour later. no injuries were reported. turning to campaign 2016, new cbs news poll shows donald trump regaining his lead in two early primary state. 30% of likely republican voters now back the billionaire in iowa. ben carson has slipped from

levels for this monday morning, starting to build in new jersey, 42 freeway, going in the northbound direction, this is at creek road, approach 29a looking pretty good here. a lot of you coming back from the weaken or whatever, just know that 42 freeway is starting to heat up a little bit. in the vine, all open, we were closed due to overnight construction eastbound and westbound, between broad and the schuylkill, now looks like westbound was the first sign to open, now eastbound open. that's great. this is where we have a car fire. fire of the vehicle is out. but there is supposedly still liquids all over the roadway here, northeast extension southbound is closed, between lehigh valley and quakertown, all lanes are blocked, so they're telling to you use exit 56, which is lehigh valley. and then we have another accident on 295 southbound this is in jersey near thorofare, a head-on collision with possible entrapment and vehicle fire. so all lanes are closed there. justin, busy on the roadways this morning for sure. >> good news, the wther is quiet. roadways stay dry throughout the day. we battle sun glare later on this morning, so unlike yesterday, we go full sun today.

good morning, you want to bundle up headed out the door today, temperature just barely above freezing here in philadelphia this morning. this is the coldest day we've seen in a long time. but justin says there is some good news, little warm up on the way. also, new this morning, close call for philadelphia police officer, the back of his car all smashed up after an early morning crash on i-95. we have new information about the driver accused of cause that crash. oh, eagles fans, they're pretty angry, after the birds are blown out an embarrassing lost. we'll look at what went wrong for the birds, this time.

rough monday morning, right? good morning, it is monday, november 23rd, i'm err vai von tiehl. we check in with justin and meisha right now, out on the cold skydeck, still no coat for him. meisha, what do you think? >> justin, you're so tough. we know that by now. well, the roadways are looking good, but we've been dealing with a loft accidents. we've had a car fire, we've had drunk driver hit squad care car, another accident. so a lot going on, but we know it terms of weather thing are somewhat steady. is that our silver lining right snow. >> just told, that's the story today. nice and dry, and come on, giles, you know i can't come out here with a coat. i can't show my weakness, see how deep in the season i can go without a coat. actually, i have a jacket on now, that's enough. but temperatures are in the 30's, it feels more like the 20's some spots, so, grab that heavier coat this morning, it will be a rough work out outside if you are going out for the bike ride, the jog, because battling some wind. so the air temperatures upper 20's, the cold spot through the
