5:03 am
to heat up. now we push through the 5:00 hour which makes sense, because on a monday usually heats up little quicker. this is where we do have a car fire, the northeast extension southbound closed, between lehigh valley and quakertown, all lanes are blocked in and around this area, so they are telling to you use that alternate exit of 56. wills the lehigh valley, exit and i'll have another update on the accident in new jersey on 295 coming up in about 15 minute, erika, over to you. >> meisha, thank you. new this morning, philadelphia police are investigating this crash on southbound 95 this morning, meisha was just talking about this, they say it is a suspected drunk driver rearended police karat bridge street about 2:20 this morning. that police officer was arresting another motorist at the time. this t suspected drunk driver was taken to hahnemann hospital with unknown injuries. 5:03. brussels remains under lockdown this morning following the terror attacks in par that's killed 130 people. authorities have arrested 16 people in overnight raids. but, as don champion reports,

5:07 am
wasn't he? it would be foolish to think the eagles can regroup to make something of this season, will attempt to do that on a short week. odds of fixing everything in three days is pretty slim. basically every facet of the team hit rock bottom against the very mediocre tampa bay team. chip kelly better have them at least semi prepared or it could be another embarrassing day of football. and i have some things to say about chip kel when i break down the game at 6:00. because he doesn't want to take any of the blame. and he needs to. >> not yet this season, right. >> not yet this season but now is the time. >> i know you've seen the front page of the daily news, sums up what the players and coaches heard during yesterday's game. one big long boo. many fans we spoke to are not too optimistic about the rest of the season after that embarrassing lost. they're point ago finger at the coaches. >> the eagles, man, chip kelly, got to go. >> with all of the players that we have, the talent that we have, i think the coaching staff has to completely change. we need a major change, a
