going to ask you, too, hear it has been freezing overnight, does it mean slippery spots or dry? >> nothing like that, i mean, we see stray flurry in the far north and west, but won't be any accumulation, anything like. that will at least the wind has died down. so temperatures yet are cold, but i think we can handle this, actually does feel better than yesterday. actual air temperatures are in the mid 20's, up in allentown, 31 in reading, at freezing, in wilmington, and look at dover, delaware, 29. the cold spot, millville coming in at 23 degrees at this hour, similar numbers in the outer suburbs, mid to upper 20's, wind are calm. that's huge this morning. so we're not dealing with the windchills. remember yesterday's windchills were in the upper teens and low 20's, so feels little better this morning, little weak disturbance coming through the upper atmosphere, flurry activity trying to show up on atmosphere, could see stray flake over the next hour or two, clouds in morning, guess way to more sunshine for lunchtime, still cool today. by noon looking at temperatures mid 40's,

afternoon highs reaching the upper's, close to 50, 49 for high for philadelphia, upper four's at the shore, still in the 30's in the poconos, but if you are waiting for warmth wait another 24-36 hours, 50's, 60s, in time for the holiday. next rain chance coming up in a few minutes. what's the latest on roads? >> roadways looking pretty good. no major issues so far this morning. i can tell you still dealing with overnight construction, this is a peak at the vine, you can see westbound looks like westbound just starting to open, eastbound rather, is still closed, you can see the flashing lights and an officer there. typically lift right around 5:00 a.m. hasn't done so yet on the eastbound side. ill of course let you know when it does. keeping our eye on this yesterday t look like it cleared fairly quickly. overall, though, that's probably the only place outside that i can tell you some overnight construction will really hook you up. but right here we do have some construction in new jersey, 42 south tween 295 and route 55, two lanes blocked, until

the 2,000 block of cherry street november 15th. a man tried to grab her handbag, then stabbed her in the torso. police remind you to be careful specially at night. >> well, i just want people to be aware of their surroundings, and it looks like this young lady was trying to do, that but again, you know, you have individuals that are out there and they look to pray on people that are walking by themselves late at night. >> the victim is recovering. police are looking for a black male about 25 years old, 6 feet tall, with thin build. and, check out these surveillance photos, the man philadelphia police want to talk to is wearing that incredible costume. the woman with him also wearing a similar costume police say on halloween the man punched a cab driver, then fled with the woman after failing to pace his fair, this happened 5800 block of ridge avenue. pennsylvania's five month budget stand-off continues with no deal in site. late last night, the senate narrowly reject add measure to eliminate school property

guys have 29 degrees, mid 20's, in kent county, delaware, harrington at this hour. mullica hill, woodstown, feeling the chill, up 20th's, out in malvern, 26 degrees. similar conditions to the north and west. richboro, 27. twenty-eight in doylestown, 18 in mount pocono. there are the clouds over us right now, couple of spotty flurries, snow showers breaking off out in the lakes, maybe one gets into the poconos, early this morning, but that's about it. travel conditions today, across the mid-atlantic, northeast, looks great, maybe hitting the road little earlier to escape some of the traffic, even on wednesday, the big day, looks good. look at that mainly clear skies, nice conditions out on the roadways. today, morning clouds, then afternoon sunshine, still chilly, 49 for the high temperature, tonight, another cold night. thirty-five for the city and 20's again in the suburbs with clear skies. and light winds, and here is the extended forecast, a lot of sun for wednesday, up to 53 degrees, so that's average, turkey day looks good, 06 in the sunshine, few more clouds friday, but warm, at 66.

4:53, the latest on those roads, meisha, a good morning. >> good morning, to all of you at home, the roads are looking pretty good this morning, still very early. still darkment many of you just waking up with us this morning. here is a look at the schuylkill, schuylkill eastbound at girard looking very nice, pretty quiet, although starting to see some headlights start to trickle on to the roadways. now, this is where we do have an accident. let me back out of the way. so you can see in the scene here. this is an accident, route one north, at this blue route, 476 southbound onramp. you can see the clean up has been underway. driver out of the vehicle walking around for little while. then also you can see the squad car lights. so they are on scene, trying to get this, just know, route one, 676 southbound onramp that's right now going to be affected so stay clear of the area if you can. and also, the vine, all open, eastbound and westbound, directions at overnight construction, that was in play between the broad and the schuylkill, is now all clear. justin, so the roads are looking good. starting to get little busy but looking good. how is it in terms of weather. >> pretty quiet. typical november morning, where it is cold, just like

yesterday, but at least don't have the winds to deal with. waking up in spots, well below freezing this hour, some low 20's, some locations, check it out, 23 in millville, new jersey, still 35 at the airport, we have some clouds over us, kind of holding in some of the warmth, so if we had totally clear conditions, these temperatures would be much colder. nonetheless, it is cold out there. again, no harsh windchills this morning, some of the clouds, moving over us right now, little disturbance in the upper atmosphere, passing on through, lake effect snow showers continue, mountains western pennsylvanian up-state new york. we will see more sunshine progressing through the morning, into the afternoon. still, chilly today, high of 49 degrees. so we're starting to get closer to average. another cold night tonight. clear skies. thirty-five for the city. colder out in the suburbs, and here is the extended forecast, dry stretch continues, a lot of sunshine in the forecast, back to average wednesday, 53, thanksgiving, up to 60. sixty-six for the high, on friday. then, we get cold front in here saturday, cools us down to low 50's, plain few showers in the morning. erika, we send it back to you. >> here is a check on some of
