needed a jacket on my way out the door. >> right. that will be the good part of the day, we are going to have lovely temperatures, starting the morning off foggy. dense fog advisory to tell but this morning, that will hold until 9:00 a.m. this is for south and central jersey, also northern delaware, see all of the area there in gray. it includes points north, too, if you are traveling today, this morning, early at least. and check it o trenton just .3 after mile visibility, wilmington, same story. not doing too bad in philadelphia, but we keep an eye on this, everybody, so headed out the door early just to be prepared you might have to take your time there, little fog on the roads, today we work our way up to sun and clouds, way above average temperatures, high of about 66. very light winds today, live look at storm scan3, shows you skies relatively clear. except for the fog, not having any problems this morning. mild temperatures all the way from kennett square, where it is 45, to ardmore at 48, 39 in bensalem, hainesport at 37. looking at the map, 43 in philadelphia, i have to notice, mount pocono sitting at 49 degrees quite lovely. spots in the 30's, tends to be

those places where there is some fog popping up right now, that does include millville. so today little cloudy to start. then we get some sun and clouds, but we see clouds move in, tonight, because we do have little weather rolling our way. so 66 today at philadelphia, 63 down the shore in the poconos, 56, but i'll talk about the weekends, i want to come back in a few moments. do have some showers to look out for this weekend. but today get shopping and get out there, besides the fog, it is looking good, diana. >> thanks, kai l now a check of the roads this "black friday" morning. there is an accident on route 309 in ft. washington, between highland avenue and i276, all lanes blocked there, and crews are responding to the scene. also, here is a live look at the vine street expressway, near broad street, traffic is moving nicely, but at this time we will update to you get you through the morning and when it get busy there. patco high-speed line trains are running on special holiday schedule, until this afternoon. and new jersey transit bus route are also still on holiday schedules until this

afternoon. check nj transit.org for more info and updated schedules. >> the holiday shopping season is in full swing, eager bargain hunters are already out there looking for the best deals, "eyewitness news" reporter justin finch live at the gloucester premium outlets this morning, where they have been open since 6:00 last night, justin it, looks like you got a loft busy shoppers there behind you. >> reporter: diane, a good morning, everyone knows that "black friday" actually starts on thanksgiving night as you mention. the gloucester outlets open since 6:00 yesterday morning, and they'll close at 10:00 tonight. do not adjust your screen, it was a foggy morning at the gloucester outlets, it is not stopping shoppers from coming out, taking advantage of these deals, the mood is set here, the trees behind us here, the lights all on them, shoppers here showing off this morning for whatever reason, but they have their bags in their hands, there are many, many deals to be had this morning, out here, i have seen for sale signs between 25% and 80% off

running from officers. the additional videos do not show vandike opening fire on the teenager. vandike was charged with first degree murder on tuesday. >> authorities say they need help solving the fatal shooting after clerk in willingboro township burlington county. the shooting happened wednesday night around 8:20 at the quick and go convenience store on the 100 block of doctor martin luther king drive in willingboro. police say the victim and gunman walk out of their store together before the shooting. officers later responded to the store and found the victim shot in the street. he died about an hour later. anyone with information is asked to call willingboro police. the eagles have the weekends off to contemplate the turkey of a game we such a yesterday on thanksgiving day. it was over pretty early on, tie game, seven-seven, and detroit's golden tate walks into the end zone. there it is. the lions walk all over the eagles after. that will calvin johnson

the eagles are now four and seven on the season. >> right in the midst of the eagles getting crushed, video surface reportedly of sixers center squawl eel okafor getting into an altercation outside bar near boston. this is video courtesy of "tmz" it, appears to show okafor shoving and striking a man who reportedly heckled him after the celtics beat the sixers earlier in the evening. the sixers released a statement regarding the fight saying, quote, we are aware of the reports, and we are currently working together additional information. the sixers play tonight, still looking for their first win of the season. >> well, the belgium prime minister says the alert level in brussels has been lowered a notch. he didn't go into detail explaining the mover, other than saying that the threat of attack is no longer imminent. meanwhile, authorities carried out three raids linked to the paris attacks, but made no arrests. five suspect are already in custody and belgium on terrorism charges related to those attacks.

russian president vladmeere putin says his country is ready to cooperate with france and the united states, led coalition fighting isis. putin made the pledge during a meeting with french president francois hollande yesterday. however, putin remains angry of the shoot-down after russian fighter jet by turkey earlier this week, saying, undid friendly ties between the between the coup countries. >> american draped in a american flag jumped the fence, president and his family were inside enjoying festivities when the beach occurred yesterday. the man identified as joseph kaputo captured almost immediately after clearing the fence, he was not caring any weapons. >> pope francis and my robe ya kenya this morning. france has visited one of the 11 slums in the city and denounced the conditions the resident were forced to live n

from generation to generation. >> it was actually my daughter's idea. we used to bring them out, then bringing out my grand kids, had them enjoy the parade, so my grandkids first time to the parade. my kids have been here a bunch of times. >> fishtown native john dual popped the question to his long time girlfriend, amy mccord. what a beautiful ring. she said yes. the deal was sealed with a kiss, and they had a wonderful thanksgiving. >> so can i just say it was my first philly parade. i happen to live on the parade route so i could watch it on tv and look out the window. >> you probably had the best seat if the philadelphia. >> philadelphia brought it, oh, my gosh, what a parade. >> oh, the city knows how to party. >> i was blown away, the dancers, i mean, hundreds of people, coordination, i was really impressed, really impressed. >> and wonderful day weather wise. >> great. >> also a wonderful day for a run. >> anything, a lot of people traveling to friends house. >> walking off all of that turk.

>> i yes, now, today we'll get there, have nice weather, but right now concerns with fog. down to .3 of a mile as we look at the visibility map here. places like lancaster, in milville and in trenton. it does concern me for some of you headed out early to these "black friday" sales, just be aware walking out the door, you could hit some patchy fog out there. and, in fact, under dense fog advisory for southern central new jersey and northern delaware until 9:00 a.m. soap, not everybody's going to see this, but again, if you are hitting the roads, just make sure you are keeping an eye out for t other than the fog, we take live look at storm scan3, hey, looking pretty good out here. not bad at all. few high clouds, temperatures nice and mild, 43 degrees in philadelphia, look at mount pocono already at the 50 degrees mark. cooler in trenton at 38. certainly some 30's out, there reading you are one of them. down the shore here, a lot of 40's, even 50, 56 at ocean city so that goes to show you this early in the day, already that warm, it will be a lovely day. in fact, looking out for high of 66 degrees today. so mild temperatures, as you head out to grab those deals,

if you are brave, and you're doing it, me, i'm an on line shopper, i given you credit if you are making it out there. how much, do have weather tracking our way. future weather here. see some showers, ahead of cold front tracking our way. today won't give us a problem, but as we start to get into tomorrow, this is about 1:00 p.m. i think that's when we could start to see few spotty showers that move in certainly cloudy day, few more as we go through the evening, 9:00 on your saturday night. and then sunday morning, little bit as well before finally starts to clear out. so sunday will start little soggy and then we should be looking pretty good. now so we head toward the weekends, looking out for the saturday showers, also going to see these temperatures cool down. let's face it, we know mid 60s, november, won't last forever, in fact, see some morning 30's as you roll across the next few days. so, if you are headed out maybe to hang your lights this weekend, you know, saturday afternoon, not going to be so great. sunday, little better after those showers start to clear out. careful out there hanging the light. little shower action, things can get slippery. sixty-six today.

video surface of okafor getting into altercation outside bar, appears him shoving and striking man who reportedly heckled him after the celtics beat the sixers earlier in the evening. >> time now 4:50. it is time to get a check of business news, of covers, it is "black friday", the unofficial kick off to the holiday spending season. money watch's jill wagner joins us live, from new york, this morning, jill, are we seeing any trends this year? >> good morning, so far it is all about mobile. shoppers have already spent more than a billion dollars on line between midnight and 5:00 p.m. eastern yesterday. that is 22% more than last year. and big bulk that far has been on smart phones, mobile devices. if you are planning to hit the mall, though, you might want to go early today. google looks at foot traffic data from google maps, last year, and they figured out that the busiest shopping time

welcome back, 4:54, a check of the roads this morning, here is a live look at the king of prussia mall. this is route 202 northbound at allendale road. looking good so far. but we certainly will see some more volume as shoppers hit the roads for "black friday". and all of those holiday deals. here is another live look at the roadways coming around the cottman s curve. this is i95 southbound. minimal traffic this morning, spot that could heat up later on today. we will update you if and when this stretch of roadway gets a little busier, switching over to mass transit, septa trolley trains such as norristown, broad street and market frankford line will operate on modified weekday schedules for "black friday" today.

"black friday" shoppers cannot complain. >> starting off foggy leashes get warm, 66 degrees, anyone traveling should be fine. right now, little bit after hitch in the giddy up. let's look, dense fog advisory for portions of southern and central new jersey also northern delaware, the concern is that visibility can drop to less than quarter after mile. in fact, when we take a look at the current visibility, seeing close to that in trenton, wilmington, lancaster and even down in atlantic city. now notice dover and millville, about half mile visibility, as well. so there is some fog out there, you have to be careful headed out the door. we will see it dissipate today. it will give way to very warm day for our "black friday", high of 66, we do have weekend showers, though, coming our way in the forecast. as we take a look now, storm scan3, you see, we've got pretty clear skies out there except for the fog situation. notice clouds moving toward us, thankfully showers don't catch up with, though, until saturday. right now en
