out in force this noon, it may be black friday but it is green, as businesses are hoping to see. good afternoon everyone i'm diana rocco. erika is off today. the the frenzy to snag deep discounts started for many right after thanksgiving dinner last night. authorities said they need help solving fatal shooting of the clerk in willingboro township burlington county this noon. shooting happened wednesday night around 8:20 at the the quick and go convenience store on the 100 block of doctor martin luther king drive-in willingboro. this video from inside the store, police say victim and gunman walk out of the store together, before the shooting, officers, later responded to this store and found victim shot in the street. he died about an hour later, anyone with any information should call willingboro police. fire officials are back in the scene of the death led house fire there making sure residents have working smoke detectors. it is happening on the 1900 block of brunner street, while the the causes still under investigation, authorities say the home has no working detectors tonight. the residents unable to afford smoke detectors can get one for free from the city by calling 311. and still ahead on cbs-3 "eyewitness news" at noon the pharmaceutical company that rigged the price of the popular drug by 5,000 percent

yes, you heard me correctly. let's head outside and i highly recommend heading outside if you can today. we are taking a live look at center city where skies are blue, sunnies out and i was just standing out there, feeling the warmth on my skin. i thought this feels like a nice spring day and yet, here we are, what a beautiful dau. atlantic city other 66 degrees. we are 57 in mount pocono. sixty in philadelphia we see 60's into places like lancaster that started off so foggy now getting this nice warmth too. rehoboth beach 65. sixty-six in cape may. you can see 60's rolling right up the the shoreline there. wind is nice and calm as well. we are getting wind kicking up in mount pocono but that is it. everybody else underneath that 10-mile an hour range. lets hit rehoboth, shall we. 55 degrees. beautiful sun. i saw a guy out here earlier in his shorts taking a walk and thought yeah, why not. it is nice enough to do it.

begun. the lots of people outside, this noon trying to get those last minute black friday deals. well, also new this noon all aboard santa express, jolly old el f traded in his sleigh for a ride on septa's market frankford line. sanity, mrs. clause and host of new friend paraded through 15th street concourse in center city. once they got aboveground they kicked off holiday season with give bags full of goodies and ice skating at dilworth park. within the last hour montgomery county's own buster's tree farm delivered the official white house christmas tree. first lady michelle obama was there to greet the tree's crew as they arrived this morning. buster's farm in lansdale cultivated 18-foot fur tree planted in 2001. it will be placed in the blue room of the white house for holiday season. tom brady, used to terrorizing defenses in the nfl, yesterday patriots quarterback saved his best scare for his own children. brady posted this video on
