money saving tips. find it on our home page at cbs philly.com. right now 8:05. four pedestrians including young children are injured after police say they were struck while crossing the street in west philadelphia. it happened around 53:00 yesterday afternoon on the 4900 block of park side avenue. a two-year old and a 30 year-old woman are in critical condition this morning. police say driver remained on the scene and it is not a dui. in word if any charges will be filed. a pennsylvania state police say they have a suspect in custody in the shooting death of the police officer near pittsburgh. thirty-one year-old ray shelter was arrested after a six hour manhunt. authorities tell house that officer lloyd read was responding to a domestic call when he was shot. woman called 911 late last night the to report an assault and said that the house was on fire. officer read died at the hospital. in colorado this weekend, a community is in mourning following friday's deadly attack on a plan parenthood

center. people gathered for a candle light vigil on the campus of the university of colorado, colorado springs on the saturday. this is as police released new details about the deadly shooting that left three people dead including a police officer. correspondent david begnot reports from colorado springs. >> reporter: newly released video from a shopping mall shows tense situation unfolding during a deadly shooting rampage. officers with body shield moved people out of the harms way as gunfire rang out inside a plan parenthood facility on friday. police say robert dear shot and killed three people, including officer garrett swasey. >> he heard the the call and was not a vicinity and responded. positive, that this community will honor him in a way that reflects the heroism that he displayed. >> reporter: osi lee said he came face-to-face with the gunman. >> i saw myself in the mirror and said my god, he was aiming for my head.

that woman. it work out. on your cbs-3 healthwatch this morning holiday toy shopping season kicks in high gear this weekend but some toys can be dangerous. health reporter stephanie stahl has the safety alert. >> try for adventure, come on. >> reporter: adventure was this talking flashlight could harm a child's hearing because it is so loud according to testing from the the pennsylvania public interest research group, pennberg. >> one in seven children have hearing disadvantage, and that could be in large to the loud toys. >> reporter: it is called trouble in toy long the annual report that identifies potentially dangerous toys like this am i sling that i may contain chromium which can cause severe allergic reactions. >> we have found dangerous products that can harm or poison a child. we found these toys every where. >> we really are worried about small objects. >> reporter: doctor gary emmitt, director of pediatrics at jefferson hospital says young children choke all the

only at 4 miles an hour from the berks county region right now. the last of the rain moving through the the city, still south jersey, delaware, seeing steady light rain but that will end over next hour or two. then is there clearing skies over poconos, that is heading our way. we will catch a brief break for about the next 24 hours or so. and then it has been a warm november. yesterday we averaged 12 degrees above average. we will hit a high of 62 degrees, some spots close to 70, south of the city, overall almost 6 degrees above average for the month. top five warmest november. but we are back to average today, 51 for the the high temperatures that is where we will be this afternoon. tomorrow a few degrees cooler and we are coming off a nice stretch with highs in the low to mid 60's. huge travel day to day, head together airport, dropping off relatives heading back home, again, right now to delays reported, just overcast skies, temperatures 43 degrees. the light rain or mist, but most of the big airports around the the country are looking okay, with the exception of the seattle will reporting some fog at this hour but still in delays.

dallas, might run into a few delays later today because of heavier rain down there but today rain chances will be decreased this this afternoon, and zero tomorrow, and then at least we have a dry start to the workweek and then tuesday and wednesday we will bring back those rain chapses with those next storm systems. the here's the the setup, now light rain comes to an end, this is this afternoon. we will see more sunshine north of the city, just some clouds in south jersey as this cold front pushes southward. high pressure in control for monday, we have will no blockage from storms. we will see some sunshine with clouds but fast moving weather pattern. here is our next storm, races out of the midwest we will see more rain returning late monday night, off and on showers throughout the day on tuesday, extending into wednesday morning as well. so, now, through the next few hours, rain will shift southward, afternoon we will start to dry out so road conditions will be better. tonight mostly clear with light wind we're talking about cold temperatures 20,'s and 30's. then cloud move back in monday afternoon and monday night, at the sign of our next storm. temperatures struggling to get back to near 50 with some
