desperate, for answers. new jersey reporter cleve bryan is live for us at vineland police department, with more on this tragic story, cleve? >> reporter: nicole, who would kill a mother and her infant baby? police say in this case they believe it was an ex-boyfriends. he's now in custody, they say he's cooperating and has helped them dis cover the two bodies, in fact, police say that all the of the key pieces respect information are coming together in this double homicide investigation. >> very funny person, very fun, very likes to smile, like to joke around a lot. this is just not like her at all. >> family of 34 year old nina ramirez has felt there was foul play in her disappearance over the weekend. they last saw her thanksgiving night, then were notified by a family friend on saturday that her suv was abandoned on route 55 north of vineland in gloucester county. when she didn't show up for work monday, they filed a missing person's report. her three month old daughter

genesis was also missing. as police try to track down anyone with close connections to ramirez, an exboyfriend came to the police station late tuesday afternoon. thirty-four year old ricardo santiago, who has five year old child with ramirez, is allegedly responsible for the deaths. >> voluntarily came in, and through questioning the investigation broke open and he was charged last night. >> police say questioning santiago led to discovery of media and jennies bodies in re mode and undisclosed location. >> western cumberland county. they believe he killed mom and daughter friday but won't say why. >> they were co-parent, and it appears there was some sort of dispute going on. >> do you know which day that happened? >> we believe friday. >> i talk to ramirez's sister, she says that family is too upset right now to talk to the media, although they're devastated by the deet of media and genesis, do feel some sense of relief that the two bodies have been found.

"tmz" says the fight shown in in the new video occurred after the first altercation. boston police tells "eyewitness news" that they are actively investigating the incident that was portrayed in the video last week, boston police said they are aware of the video released today encourage anyone involved to make a report so they can add it to the original investigation. two people killed in a crash involving a school bus in southampton burlington county yesterday have been identified. police say 49 year old driver,

temperature at philadelphia international airport. very, very light wind. but it is ever so slightly stronger, than what it was earlier this morning, so as that wind has pick up somewhat, and as the sun although not seeing much of the sun, has risen, we've had chance to get some that far fog out of here. storm scan3 certainly showing some signs of life. at least the western half of our shot here featuring the rain, at the moment, you are generally just stuck in the clouds through most of delaware and the state of new jersey, at least the local portion of new jersey here in our viewing area, but the visibility is still a little less than ideal specially through the pinelands, especially shore points like a.c. airport for example, down to near zero visibility. so the general synopsis is this, reduced visibility continues, areas of mist, periods of rain most notably off to the west, but likely still finds that really at any time, the rest of the day, and anywhere for that matter. these temperatures are the one bright spot we've got in the forecast, though, 61 the expected high down the shore points, and here in philadelphia. 59 degrees. and nicole that's certainly well above average for the

take a look at this, very close call for an application officer, in kentucky. there it is. goodness, that officer was driving down the road when a deer suddenly slams into the hood of his car and flips right over. now,mazingly that deer just kind of shook it off and got back up and ran away into the woods. now officers' car didn't fair quite as well, it suffered some damage to the front headlight. but oh, goodness, poor dear. well, mark zuckerberg and his wife are advancing their philanthropic work, inspired by their newborn daughter giving 99% of their facebook stock to charity witness news reporter jan carabeo tells us more about the generous donation. >> in a touching letter to their newborn daughter, post today facebook on tuesday, mark zuckerberg, and his wife, doctor priscilla chan, pledged
