harry bowman a native of york, pennsylvania was also kill on wednesday. bowman a father of two had moved to california, 15 years ago. governor tom wolf released a statement saying he is saddened that a pennsylvania native was among victims of this senseless violence. chris martinez has very latest on the investigation. >> reporter: cbs news confirms, that shooting suspect, tashfeen malik, pledge her allegiance to isis on facebook. malik and her husband syed rizwan farook are accused of deadly rampage this week in san ber nature dino, the couple's relatives say the the massacre caught them by complete surprise. >> it is mine boggling. >> reporter: farouk's sister and brother-in-law are angry and saddened and they are left wondering if they could have prevented the tragedy. >> i asked myself if i had call him that morning or night before and asked how he was doing, what he was up to, if i had any inclination maybe i could have stopped it.

>> reporter: suspects died in a shoot-out with police. officers found enough fire power in their home for more attacks. investigators are looking into the possibility, farouk's wife radicalized him, the couple was engaged in 2013, after farouk traveled to saudi arabia for a religious pilgrimage. we're beginning to get a glimpse of the 14 people killed in this as family and friend share stories about their loved ones. jennifer thalsinos says her husband message was devoted to his jewish faith. >> he was so kind to everybody. he was very nice. >> reporter: daniel kaufman was always smiling. >> when things were starting to get to you, daniel would show up, and it was like. >> he with pull a stunt, make you laugh. >> reporter: in addition to the fatalities, more than 20 people were injured. several of them, still in critical condition. chris martinez for cbs news, san bernardino, california. in an effort to override a

gun control veto in new jersey has come up short. assembly democrats postpone a vote on overriding governor chris christie's veto of the gun safety bill. they need three votes. the bill with require potential gun buyers seeking to get rid of the mental health record to notify law enforcement before getting a gun permit approved. in washington senate vote against a bipartisan measure to expand background checks for gun purchases on line and at gun shows. the currently checks are only required for licensed gun dealers. g.o.p. presidential contender ted cruz, lindsey graham, rand paul and marco rubio opposed that measure which was co authored by pennsylvania senator patrick toomey, same proposal that the senate reject three years ago after the san i hook massacre. gun scare prompted brief lock down of two northeast philadelphia schools. chopper three over lincoln high school this morning. police were called there for a report of the students with the gun in the waist ban. nearby middle school was also lock down as a precaution. the the student was located on

a septa bus moments later, taken in custody and police recovered a bee-bee gun. three people are injury in the serious crash involving four vehicles, in hanover township. this happened around 8:45 this morning in the 2200 block of swamp pike in montgomery county. authorities tell us that two people were taken to pottstown hospital and one was transported by helicopter. no details on the extent of their injuries or what led to that crash. swamp pike remains closed while police investigate. all lanes are now opened on the southbound lanes of the roosevelt boulevard, near i-76. chopper three was over that accident about 8:30 this morning. an overturn vehicle shut down the highway for about an hour. officials tell us two men were transported to hahnemann hospital in stable condition. a suspected drunk driver slams in the back of the police car injuring that officer. it happened around 1:00 this morning on the schuylkill expressway off ramp, to passyunk avenue. female officer suffered a minor back injury and was taken to presbyterian

hospital, the driver the of the other vehicle is facing dui and other charges. in south jersey this morning viewer video captures a huge fire overnight in runnemede. it happen on the unit block of south reid avenue around 2:00. it started in the basement. there are no reports of injuries but lots of damage to that home. all right. going to get on that first forecast here, we are in for a wonderful weekend. lets check with katie for more on the forecast and next few days looking pretty darn good. >> it doesn't get any better then this. >> for this time of the year in, december. >> that is the thing. we would be talking upper 40's at best. we're pushing 50 even at this hour. we expect to see these temperatures continue an uphill climb throughout the course of the weekend, well above average conditions and nice sunshine to go with it. with it the for three straight taste. high pressure is hooking us up here. let me show you first and foremost on storm san three. frankly not a heck of a lot. we had cloud cover this morning. you can see how that over last three hour loop how that has

and state wine and liquor sales. authorities say that a fight at an egyptian nightclub led to a firebombing that has left 16 people dead. it happened in cairo overnight. you can see flame and thick smoke pouring out of that venue there. in addition to the the dead three others were wounded. investigators are still searching for two men they say are behind this attack. one of the target of the paris terror attacks is reopened this morning. islamic extremist shot and killed five people inside the la bone cafe. since then the cafe has been a vigil to the 130 victims killed that night in paris. well, still a head this noon, temple's football team is heading to houston. we will hear from head coach math the math the ruhle about the team's season plus where to get together to watch the game tomorrow. and, traffic trouble, we will tell you why amazon is making changes at their new jersey facility, when we come right back. stay with us.

some sad news in the music world, former stone temple pilots and velvet revolver front main scott weiland has passed a way. he tied on sleep, during his current band in minute so the a weiland suffered with substance abuse for years. he was just 48 years old. act are charlie sheen is being sued by his ex-fiance, she says that she did not disclose he was hiv positive until after they had sex several times.

the former adult film actress said she agreed to have sex for sheen for $10,000. two got engaged last year. she revealed he was hiv positive last in. business is booming, inside of amazon's warehouse in robbinsville, new jersey but residents say holiday rush has led to grid lock. robbinsville mayor says facility was approved for 3,000 trips daily but they are rolling out about 5,000. the traffic comes to a halt for miles when employees are entering and exit ago this facility during rush hour. amazon officials say starting monday workers will begin to work on staggered shifts to alleviate the grid lock traffic. well, temple owls are preparing to take on houston for american athletic conference title. team is going into saturday's game ten-two, record the football program has earned for only second time in school history. if the owls win they are virtually guarantied a spot the in one of the the new years day bowl games which is exciting. the here's what coach ruhle had to say about his players. >> i'm just so proud of our

all right. let's check out this forecast because this is a good one. >> it is, we have been talking about this, the timing too, you keep it, and sunshine around not just through today but all weekend long. >> yes. >> we will go exactly perfect conditions. so let's start things off by talking about what this pattern is all about. what it is bringing us the rest of the weekend. we will start off with the good news. eventually we will to have track a storm system but that waits a while. war taking a couple days break. the lets go back in time and walk you through highlights from this past fall now that we are into meteorological winter. september featured seven taste that were 90-degree or above if you can believe that and recall back to that. as we headed into october, the the highest temperature reported was 80 degrees. lowest temperature was 35. a lot of swings up and down on the thermometer, typically through that month. november, ended up being the second warmest november, ever since record began. the december so far, we're only four days in but that already is well above average as will well.

where that is coming from is a nice strong lift in the jet stream well off to the north keeping us in that milder air mass. now it is all about high pressure. when we zoom around on the map, virtually the entire country is rain free, you still have a lingering, left overs, of that front that brought in the rain for our area a couple days ago. the that is still hanging close by but now we're seeing high pressure build in across northeast, central you had, further off to the west you can see signs to the west, that is beginning of the, train of storms rolling into that part of the country and that eventually will bring us our potential for maybe a little bit of wet weather. you don't even have have a cloud in the sky outside middle will township high school in cape may courthouse. 45 degrees. modest breeze. we will get down to the another shore point specifically our rehoboth beach where we have longer shadows cast because of the lower sun angle but regardless, nice, clear, blue, sky. temperatures aren't terrible. the it is pretty typical in terms of the daytime highs, we are at 50 the at the airport.

forty's at mount pocono and 49 in millville. looking around the the rest of the northern portion of the plain states and great lakes region we have got temperatures in the 30's, and 40's, and even a couple of 50's out there for example, st. louis, so even that location is staying nice and well above average. looking at our forecast for the the rest have the the day, normal high is 49, you are close to typical here but technically above average. we will take these whoever they may come. under a clear sky tonight, chilly 36, for overnight low, sun, setting the pretty early about 4:30 this afternoon, and then we will jump it the forward to sunday evening when hanukkah kicks off under a clear sky, cool, i'll give thaw but 48 degrees for a december evening, it is not terrible. we will take it. months forward in the the eyewitness weather seven day, sunday is my favorite day of the next seven. 57 degrees, flirting with 60. that sun continues to shine. then the included rebuild, nicole on monday and tuesday is really our next shot at this point for any wet weather and even then it still doesn't
