discovered around 9:30 a.m., officers took a man into custody for questioning who may be charged with the murder, a woman is also being interviewed, terrible violence leaving those who knew or cared about wilson wondering how anyone could commit such a crime. >> it is horrible that this happened. >> reporter: again, philadelphia police say that they are holding a press conference at 5:45, sources tell us that two suspects in custody for questioning are expected to be charged with murder, later this evening, and meanwhile sources also tell cbs-3 that one of those suspects has already allegedly confessed to the crime. we will be here live at 6:00 with more breaking details on this murder investigation. the live at fishtown i'm walt hunter for cbs-3 "eyewitness news". >> see you then, thank you. chopper three over radnor high school where authorities say a bullet was found this morning in the hallway. school was placed on lock down and authorities searched the school. police say no weapons were found and there is no threat ordaininger.

last december this group of sky divers took off from the the sussex airport. their plane had engine trouble shortly after take off ape came down in a field, rolling, several times, with the group inside. they frantically got out of the plane which could have caught fire but did not, they walked away with just minor injuries. wow. >> could you imagine. i could not imagine. glad everybody is okay. >> absolutely, wow. on the cbs-3 healthwatch tonight a common treatment for prostate cancer double risk for alzheimer's disease according to new research done right here in philadelphia health reporter stephanie done stahl is here to explain this one is getting a attention, guys this was a joint study conduct here at penn medicine along with others, at stanford university, and findings show that a life saving treatment for prostate cancer can be harmful to the brain. millions of the medical record reviewed, it was tedious work but the outcome was dramatic

for research team led by doctor kevin need at the university of pennsylvania. >> in this study we did find that men who received harmone therapy had about an 88 percent increased risk of alzheimer's disease. >> reporter: men with advanced prostate cancer are put on deprivation therapy or adt to lower test ton role levels the harmone that fools prostate cancer. >> harmone therapy has been shown over and offer again to extend life in certain individual with prostate cancer. >> reporter: but research found that prostate cancer patient was reduced testosterone levels on the harmone therapy for more than a year had the greatest risk of developing alzheimer's, more than double. >> testosterone has been shown to be important for the health of neurons and that is what make up the brain and if we're not keeping them neurons healthy we can have increased risk of alzheimer's disease. >> reporter: thinks first research on patients showing link with testosterone which is good for the brain but bad for the the prostate. >> like any medication it has risks and it has benefits.

the latest time we hit 32, this year is number two. so it was a slow, slow start to the cold season. that should be right there, we had another day of above average plus six today. so we did hit freezing with the chilly start to this morning as well. below freezing at the airport. temperatures have listen in the afternoon with enough sunshine to go above average for entire month of december so far. we're looking at mostly sunny conditions as we head through your wednesday, thursday, and then maybe a few more cloud wednesday night the in to thursday but the jet stream continues to lift up, a brief buckle as kiehl air makes tonight for tomorrow and wednesday and we will continue to heat up into the weekend, i'll look closer at that coming up. we have cloud to start things out. we have patchy fog that could be around. tomorrow mostly sunny, cooler at 49. three day forecast, shows a steady warming, tomorrow the coolest day of the forecast period, we're back to 51 on wednesday. fifty-five on thursday, and then we have to wait until next half an hour for that full seven day with some delightful weather.
