so make sure to check your schedules on line, lots of changes there, ladies, over to you. well, more witnesses are scheduled to testify today in defense of one of the six baltimore police office are charge in the death of freddie gray. >> officer william porter took the stan testifying in his own defense. as andrew spencer reports the trial is expect to wrap up by end of next week. >> reporter: officer william porter testified that knew freddie gray present his patrols of the west baltimore neighborhood. he says quote freddie gray and i weren't friend but we had a mutual respect. when one of porter's attorneys asked if he was sorry gray had die porter responded absolutely. gray died in april, a week after officers put him in the back of the police van, shackling him but not putting him in the seat belt. during the the ride somehow gray suffered a broken neck. van made six stops during a 45 minute ride to the police station. prosecutors alleged porter should have called for a medic after the fourth stop when

gray asked for help. porter testified that he didn't realize gray needed immediate assistance until after the final stop. with one of his attorneys at times, demonstrating gray's position porter testified that people transported in wagons were never security with seat belts, certainly not people he put in wagons. roughly 150 since joining the baltimore police department in 2010. on wednesday porter toll the jury quote it is the responsibility of wagon driver to get the prisoner from point a to point b. during cross-examination the states attorney accused porter of doing nothing to protect freddie gray's life. porter called that untrue. andrew spencer, for cbs-3 "eyewitness news". pennsylvania state senate is moving forward with the the process that could oust attorney general kathleen kane. all 50 senators have voted for a plan that includes a committee hearing on january 12th. at that time panel will decide if kane can perform her cute

i guethought to the acidity much in any foods. never thought about the coffee i was drinking having acids. it never dawned on me that it could hurt your teeth. my dentist has told me your enamel is wearing away, and that sounded really scary to me, and i was like well can you fix it, can you paint it back on, and he explained that it was not something that grows back, it's kind of a one-time shot and you have to care for it. he told me to use pronamel. it's gonna help protect the enamel in your teeth. it allows me to continue to drink my coffee and to eat healthier, and it was a real easy switch to make.
