>> absolutely, yes, good morning it, certainly is already this morning, we have two accidents, one more serious, i'll tell you about in just a couple of minute watch can we expect in terms of the snowing. >> very widespread. we have had fog in recent mornings here just the last couple of days have featured some fog. the problem is this morning's fog is the worse it's been, and it is also a lot more widespread. it has been kind of patch any recent mornings, now we've just got plenty of moisture, very light winds. we sit in the warm sector after storm. we take you out to "skycam 3", you cannot make out that center city atlantic city line. you can barely make out callowhill street, we face south from the station headquarters, the current conditions over top, 54 degrees at philadelphia international airport, so very, very mild start. northeast breeze, i mean, virtually non-existent, but look at the humidity, lot of moisture to work w fog is always tiff to see on saturday light. but you have got higher clouds out there, as women, so that's pretty much what you will find on storm scan for the better part of the morning, dense fog

advisories, posted region wide until 10:00 a.m. so you have got a lot of time to kill before this is really going to start to scour out. it will event limit then we tart to see eventually rain build n so we jump you to the late afternoon, p.m. drive will feature rain, a.m. drive obviously all about the fog. so issues on both commute, differing reasons, one large storm responsible, see even late tonight the rain will still be out there. quickly check on what the rest of the day plan letter have up its sleeve. another warm day four starting off with patchy but locally very dense fog, we should still approach records here, as we spike into the upper 60s once more, but remember, eventually the rain is on the way. so plan to be out for long stretch of time here today, meisha, umbrella wouldn't be the worse idea. >> and every camera i am looking at fog will play an issue, might linger until 10:00 a.m. that is a long time to kill before that gets cleared out of way. overall theme will be give yourself extra time this

morning. this is where we have serious accident, delaware county past the airport, 95 south, before route 422 right lanes blocked right now, you can see string of vehicles trying to get to actually starting to form a line, i should say, even already in the 4:00 hour, typically don't see this in the 4:00 hour. we will see this, two right lansdowne, with all of the flashing lights that will slow you down even earliest part of the morning. the boulevard tail light moving in the southbound direction. this is at fox street. looking good. as you can see, we have got kind of the hate that fog over the screen shot. basically anywhere we look, although right here the vine street expressway closed in the eastbound-westbound direction because of the overnight construction, can't see the fog under the tunnels, but overall any camera we are looking a, casino of condensed to using few cameras, you just can't see anything. speed restriction on the bridges, down to 35 miles per hour because of visibility, erika, over to you. >> thank you. new this morning, gunfire in west philadelphia home, one

teen is dead and another is in the hospital. "eyewitness news" reporter jan carabeo bridges us to up date at police headquarters with more on the investigation. good morning. >> reporter: erika, good morning, it was a trail of blood that led investigators to find one of the shooting victims overnight. he actually ran from the scene and ended up at strangers house about two blocks away, in search of help. take look at the video, the shooting scene it, actually happened late last night right around 10:30, the 500 block of north creighton street in west philadelphia. the gunfire left one teen dead and that other teen injured. now police responded to the area for report of gunshot, they found a 17 year old shot multiple times in the head and body. he was taken to presbyterian hospital and pronounced dead. the second shooting victim is also 17, police say he's in critical condition at the hospital after losing a lot of blood. investigators say he ran several blocks from the shooting scene, again, in search of help. police are now looking for surveillance cameras, interviewing witnesses

including that family who was at home when the shooting victim arrived late last night. >> this victim ran eason wyolucing, then south on the 500 block of paxson street, and could you see he tried to get in several cents there. were several doors with blood on them, he ended up running inside a house where the people who were in the house are total strange tears him. >> reporter: now, police say they don't yet have a motive for the shooting they do however believe the 17 year old shot and killed is the intended target of the shooting since 17 spent shell casings were found near his body. as for the second shooting victim still in the hospital in critical condition this morning, also in this area of course was 17 shots fired, there was one car hit by stray bullet, but no other injuries in this neighborhood. and right now, police do not have a description of the shooter or the shooters. we will keep you to up date. for now live outside police headquarters, jan carabeo, cbs-3, "eyewitness news". >> jan, thank you for. that will also, new this morning, police are investigating a double

shooting in the queen village neighborhood. two men were shot in the 400 block of washington avenue just before 10:00 last night. one man was shot twice in the back, the other man shot once in the chest. both were taken to jefferson hospital. one is in critical condition, the other in stable condition. >> happening today, the jury trial is set to begin for frankford homeowner charged with murder. fifty-six year old brian bow adder told police he shot and killed richard hole because he thought hole was trying to break into his pick up. the shooting happened in august last year on the 4500 block of torresdale avenue. claims he shot that man in self-defense. >> closing arguments begin today for the police officer charged in the death of freddie gray. william porter is the first officer tried in the case. prosecutors say he did not secure gray in the back of the police van then failed to get him the medical attention when he needed t gray suffered fatal spine injury in the back of the van. if convicted portico face to

up 25 years in prison. jurors are expected to start deliberations today. family and friends gather to remember a teen found shot and killed over the weekend. an emotional candlelight vigil was held yesterday for 15 year old xavier stern. he was found friday night with a gunshot wounds to his head in north philadelphia. about 200 people attend that vigil on a philadelphia football team where the team was known as mega tron. >> couldn't run by him to catch him. very, very aggressive on the football field. >> police say stern was on probation for assault. they have no suspect or motive in that shooting. >> 4:37 right now. the eagles are really starting to look like contenders, another one this time over the buffalo bills. to the link right now where lesean mccoy he hugged his former boss, eagles owner jeffrey lurie. eagles also scored early, but buffalo did, too, phils tide it up at seven and then again at 20, made 30-yard field goal

so this gives you a sense of how bad it really s guys, the visibility is basically at zero. specially up and down i95. so please take it easy. we will take a look at the current visibilities in a second here. i do want to show you why this is happening, right? large storm system, one that will finally scour out bruce issues we've had. here it is. pretty good looking system we zoom it all the way out. classic signature with trailing cold front. >> this whole storm center actually will be rolling in toward really portions of canada really, more than anything, so it definitely one that will be swept away. but the cold front associated with it is what really impact us as we go forward in the forecast. but we talk about right now. this is not good. when you are below half mile in trenton, in wilmington and at the airport, and entire i95 corridor impacted by this, looking pretty rough really everywhere else, basically again are near zero up at mount pocono, not ideal in lancaster or red willing. the other thing to remember is

that these are observation sites. they're not necessarily indicating that the entire town of say dover is at 10-mile visibility. you will have that coming through in patches, especially in toward the river banks, and valley areas, wooded areas, where you tend to see some of the thickest fog, so suburbs talking to you. late day showers picking up, warm, 67 degrees, then we continue to see the rain hanging on for the better part of the night, will come through in pocket, only drop to 55 degrees. temperatures do take hit tomorrow. skies clear for sunshine, but 59 degrees, still well above average. erika, back to you. >> might talking sport, sixers continue their wrote trip tonight in chicago when they take on the bulls. last night against the toronto raptors, took elbow to the face from kyle lowry. he is undergoing evaluation for corneal abrasion. now, on to the fourth quarter, sixers trailing by eight, jahlil okafor scored on the lay up. he led with 23 points, and 14 rebounds.

through the typical morning rush, periods every rain picking up, toward the second commute here, so i would say, 5:00 p.m., 6:00 p.m., moving in from west to east, will reduce your visibility on both drives. and thankfully the rain does end overnight. so out of this by tomorrow. but today's going to be interesting day. look at that high. 67 degrees. so still substantially above average. and even though meisha the temperatures take hit tomorrow, still going to be above normal, flirting with 06 even for tomorrow. >> oh, absolutely, the bummer about that is our driving conditions this morning, with that very dense fog. so we do have a very serious accident, in fact, it is a fatal accident in delaware county, this is tinicum township just pales the airport, 59 southbound before route 420, two right lanes blocked because of that, as you can see, we've got crews on site, you can see the flashing lights, starting just string of vehicles behind it, not only are you going to get the volume levels delaying your drive in and around the area right now but also the gaper delay unfortunately. so, our thought are with
