first accident of the morning, 476 before the mid-county toll plaza, looks like one car did spin out. not causing too many problems. there is the car you can see turned the other way. roads are dry. something else going on here. volume increasing on the 42 freeway, headed northbound, headlights into the city, southbound, also, in good shape. let's take you out toward king of prussia. on 76 the tail light here, looking pretty good both directions still see the overcast skies over us as that cold front slowly moving off shore, so not going to battle whole lot of sun glare early this morning. speeds still looking good, vine street expressway, 52 miles per hour, still running at the speed limit, northeast philadelphia, on 95. new jersey turnpike, 295, at 55, and look at the blue route, both directions, northbound southbound no problems. route 130 remains closed south of 620, that's center square road until march 1st, the alternate 295. that's a look at your ride this morning, nicole, back to you.

welcome back, merger is underway between two local university, members of thomas jefferson university and philadelphia university signed a letter of intent yesterday, that deal is supposed to close by the end of june. now, those orchestrating the merger say bringing jefferson's medical programs to philadelphia university's lib rat arts programs is a move that will benefit student. >> and we need to make education a better value prepare. we need to get our student through school faster and getting the return on invest. that's really what this change is all about.
