take a look at the this family van that cruises through a neighborhood with children riding on top of the vehicle. children were apparently looking at christmas lights, concerned residents called police but van was already gone when officers got there. at adults inside the vehicle could be charged with child endangerment, if they are located. wow. big turnout for an effort to help those struggling with hunger.
