allentown, reading and teens in the cold spots up in the mountains. the mount pocono feeling like 15 degrees. here are snow showers rolling through south jersey and southern delaware right now. they came through delaware county around 4:00 this morning. there you go parts of the southern gloucester camden county and cumberland county near millville, vineland seeing a few flurry action this morning. other than that, it is just down right cold and windy. temperatures struggling will through the 30's. we will get up to 42 degrees for the the the afternoon high in philadelphia lower 40's at the shore with more sunshine and chance for flurries continue in the poconos. we will talk about a big warming trend in the seven day in a few minutes, nicole, back to you. new this morning a pizza delivery man is shot during a robbery in southwest philadelphia. the delivery driver with pete's pizza was shot in the shoulder. this happened in the 2100 block of south gold sleet just before midnight. driver was taken to presbyterian hospital in critical condition no suspect has been arrested and police

are investigating. a shooting in west philadelphia leaves a 20 year-old man in critical condition. philadelphia police say that man was shot once in the chest, shortly before 1:00 a.m. on the 100 block of spruce. victim was taken to presbyterian hospital and in suspects are in custody at this time. well, police are trying to find out who was responsible for a bomb threat, in boothwyn delaware county. we first brought this to you as breaking news, friday night, chopper three over the larkins corner shopping center around 11:00 p.m. bomb sniffing dogs checked out a wal-mart start after a suspicious package was found in the parking lot. crews determine that was not a threat. nearby rite aide, goodwill was also searched. noing was found. it is not clear if those threats were connected. well, tonight the democratic candidates for president will face off in their third and final debate, but now there is a really nasty fighting on. senator bernie sanders presidential campaign has gone to court to demand that the

democratic national committee reinstate its access to a voter database. that move comes after the dnc temporarily lock the door sanders campaign workers used a computer glitch to down load information from the clinton campaign. weijia jiang has this report from manchester, new hampshire. >> reporter: bernie sanders campaign filed a lawsuit in federal court late friday afternoon hours after the the democratic national commit thee suspended access to its shared voter database. >> we need data which has been stolen by the dnc. >> reporter: dnc blocked access after a 45 minute computer glitch on wednesday, allowed work tours view information, gathered by the the clinton campaign. sanders fired data director josh, who insists he was in the trying to snoop. >> i was creating a record of what was wrong so i could accurately the campaign and what my understanding was what was wrong.

thursday. investigators found loaded high capacity assault rifle magazines and or evidence in the closet. aziz will appear in court for a preliminary hearing on wednesday. a philadelphia jury find the the daughter of a bucks county police chief, guilty of assault in an attack on the gay couple in center city. "eyewitness news" reporter natasha brown spoke with several jurors who delivered that mixed versace dick. it looks like we will have that coming up for new just a bit. but right now we want to tell you about, federal prosecutors, they have charged former philadelphia sheriff john green with fraud and conspiracy. thirty-four page indictment alleged green accepted bribes and illegal campaign contributions while in office, from james davis, a preferred are vendor, who is also facing charges. greenery signed from the sheriff's office in 2011, after 22 years on the job. he faces up to 85 years behind bars if convicted on all charges. a former upper darby police detective is also facing charges, officer brad

on sunday. here's the next storm system it tracks north and west. we will be on the warm side of the system. bulk moves across the the great lakes so most of the moisture stays away from frustrs so pretty much cloudy day, monday, maybe a stray shower rolls in here on tuesday but we will notice difference in the temperatures back in the 50's, on monday. so sustained wind through the afternoon 15 to 20 miles an hour gusting to 30 to 35, bringing wind chill values down in the low 20's and teens at times this morning. even this evening, the wind will be still kicking good, so dress warm if you are heading out for that christmas party, maybe dinner around town, it will feel cold. then tomorrow, finally we will relax those wind in the afternoon. here's actual temperatures struggling, with the warm spots today, many areas north and west just staying in the 30's. good news for ski resorts. they can fire up the snow guns and make some snow next few nights because it will be cold and dry near freezing for

harder. >> reporter: teresa was on her way to vice i a friend than state road the night have of november 23rd when a person driving this truck hit and killed her. despite pleas from the posey family the the case has gone cold. >> i know in my heart there is someone out there, who has seen something and they definitely know something. >> reporter: teresa grew up here in south philadelphia on kimbell street and thanks to an wish and help from an italian street kimball street will be known aster risa's way. >> there are people that care, about her, her family and her daughter. and that means a lot. >> reporter: they moved to philadelphia from italy earlier this year. she runs an organization, called the wish wall, and met the the posey family during the pope's visit. lane organized the the street renaming and billboard in honor of teresa. >> so everybody will, you know, remember her and remember, you know, the beautiful person that she was that was worth it. >> reporter: there is a 15 you this dollars reward from police, family and friend

leading to the a arrest and conviction of teresa's killer. ana posey promises, justice will be served. >> i feel like this person is laughing in my face. i feel like they are saying, haha, you didn't catch me just yet, but i will. >> reporter: in south philadelphia, david spunt for cbs-3 "eyewitness news". two employees at the the special need bank croft school in haddonfield are facing charges. the the suspects are natasha heinz of burlington city and one other from clementon. police say they were caught on surveillance video assaulting a 14 year-old boy and a 19 year-old man. incident happened on december 8th. both women are behind bars await ago rain. now bank croft school issued a statement reading in part we are upset, angered by the alleged acts have of the employees and actionness question and we will continue to cooperate fully with the investigation. and state officials shut down a north fill day care where a ten month-old girl

died on wednesday. department of human services report says that a staff member at the sisters child care center tried to perform cpr on the girl but never called 911. the report also said that conditions at the center presented a serious danger. the cause of the child's death is under investigation. well, some of the america's largest school districts have received e mailed terror threat, officials ruled they were not credible threats but investigators are tracing where they came from. home land security correspondent jeff, has latest on the e-mails and man at the center of that investigation. >> reporter: list of the school districts receiving the threatening e-mails includes los angeles, new york, miami, houston, dallas, and now clark county, in nevada. the district which includes las vegas schools, received the e-mails yesterday and officials determined that they were a hoax. the dallas e-mail detailed plans of 46 jihad affiliates, for a massacre of ethic

proportion. each e-mail divorce slightly from the one received in los angeles which talk about 32 comrade and bombs set to detonate via cell phone. while investigators do not know who sent the messages, they say all of the e-mails were routed through a server in germany run by this 21 year-old native of maine and college drop out who says as of last week he has been living in romania. canfield received this subpoena from new york city police which was followed by a call with a detective which canfield recorded. >> i get three days to respond because of the severity of it. >> i do understand the the severity of it. there is some stuffy do not understand in the subpoena and would i like to understand before i do respond. >> reporter: canfield says he can trace source of the e-mail, he has complied with the new york subpoena but has yet to respond to the one he just received, from clark county. he consulted a lawyer which has represented edward snowden.
