we have dense fog overlying philadelphia, you would not sees this bridge in the foreground here but we can see ben franklin with no problem. it does not mean that the entire region, looks like this. so we will go next to storm scan three and we mentioned this earlier too. it is tough to pinpoint fog on a satellite because it is so slow but regardless it is out there and moisture is starting to lift in. cape may, cumberland county getting in with light showers across those counties, delaware as well and a little hint of wind picks up will bring out fog that is an issue for you, but we have that advisory posted for two-thirds of the region. the neither is delco, nor philadelphia county. however, rest of the region up to upstate new york and connecticut hey you are stuck with some pretty dense fog here this morning. the that is problem number one. we will look forward in the forecast here we are expecting a record challenging day with the high of 55 degrees between the the hours of mid to late

a huge jewelry heist is under iestigation near philadelphia's jeweler's row. the thieves got away with nearly $350,000 in diamond from a shop on the 1100 block of sansom street around 6:00 last night. investigators say there were two male suspects that got away with the shoulder bag containing those diamond and police have have no suspects. another embarrassing moment for secret service, this time an agent said to work in the presidential protective division had his service weapon badge, u.s. b and other items stolen from his car. it happened outside secret service headquarters about a mile from the white house. incident add to a licensing list of secret service breaches and embarrassments in the last few years. >> it is a total violation of basic security rules involving any law enforcement, to allow a gun, a badge, to be locked up in a car and left unattended. >> secret service had no comment but law enforcement

david spunt for cbs-3 "eyewitness news". woman accused of driving into a crowd in las vegas is scheduled to appear before a judge this morning. charges against le keisha holloway include murder and hit and run. crash killed one person and injured at least 35 others. five delaware valley university wrestlers and their coach suffered minor injuries. real housewife teresa guidice is expect to walk out of prison today. her lawyer said he is in danburr toy take her home to her family and not to a halfway house. she will remain under house arrest until february 5th. she has been in jail since january, after pleading guilty to bankruptcy fraud, last year. a man and woman charged with the murder of the fishtown woman are set to appear in court. james and his girlfriend jane johnson confessed to the murder of the 54 year-old kathy wilson in her fishtown home earlier this week. they were employed by wilson to do odd jobs around the house. the it is believed they will enter their formal guilty plea to the court later today.
