check out cbs philly.com and there you will fine real time traffic information to make sure your ride is a smooth one. authorities are investigating a deadly shooting in montgomery county, investigators say two people were shot in the 1700 block of prospect avenue in abington. one of the victims was killed, and shooting happened just before 2:00 this afternoon and so far police have not announced any arrest. a new jersey grand jury has indicted the truck driver who crashed into a limo carrying tracie morgan. a attorneys for kevin roper tried unsuccessfully to have charges of vehicular homicide and assault by owner thrown out. he hadn't slept for 28 hours before that crash. it is something his lawyers dispute. the the crash on the new jersey turnpike last year severely injured morgan and killed, one of his friends. the the driver accused of intentionally crashing into crowds on the vegas strip was arraigned today in court. sunday le keisha holiday,

killed one woman and injuring dozens. and, among the the injuries were delaware valley university wrestlers and their coach, holloway has another court date for january 20th. police are searching for a suspect caught on camera stealing dozens of propane tanks, from two businessness northeast philadelphia. surveillance video shows the the suspect loading the tanks into a dark minivan. the theft happened on the 2300 block of church street, and the 4700 block of penny pack street yesterday and last week. forty-three propane tanks were stolen in all, police are concerned about what the thief may be doing with the tanks. two suspected car thieves are in critical condition after police say they have crashed a stolen suv head on to a septa a a trolleyment this happened at forty-ninth and grace ferry in southwest philadelphia around 10:00 o'clock this morning. at least 26 passengers on the route 36 trolley were treated for a variety of injuries, they are expect to be okay. investigators say suspects in the stolen suv tried to make a

turn and then crashed in the trolley. a homeless man has been arrested and charged with the murder of a prominent psychiatrist, in center city philadelphia a police sources a say 27 year-old emmanuel byes confessed to killing doctor howard baker, the seven five-year old's body was found than side rodeway inn on walnut street monday. police say he was name and had a belt tied around his neck. the investigators have not released the motive. this bucks county man is accused of molesting a girl who used to go to a day care center owned by his wife, and police think there could be more victims. falls township police say harry lawrence, the third, touched the girl more than a decade ago when she was nine or ten years old and went to the little joys day care center. detectives want any other possible victims, to give them a call. in harrisburg a vote to pass a long overdue pennsylvania budget was expected today but efforts to end the stalemate have collapsed again. the house republican leaders are still struggling to work out details on pension reform
