>> absolutely and it is looking good. it does appear to be very quiet weather here in the delaware valley, colder but quiet. we have that going on for us and brighter days ahead. we have been stuck in the cloud for so many days lately and we are finally expect to go brighten up and that looks like a pattern that will stick with us too, which is nice to see too. lets look at our field camera here as we go to a field from campbell's field across the the river overlooking center city and ben franklin bridge. we have once again had some reports of poor wrist built, that is confined to far northwest philadelphia, and interior suburbs toward the far land countries or westbound on the pennsylvania turnpike you might run in the few patches of it the but storm scan is nice and quiet. we had wet weather rolling through that had been since been swept away. we are left, thankfully with clearing skies and much nicer weather, albeit chillier moving forward. up in allentown we have got

poor visibility at this observation sight half mile at best and around the the region with these temperatures still off to a mild tart but this is beginning of the cooling trend, that is going to get underway for our area. sometimes we have to take the the trade off with mother nature. even though we brighten up with more sunshine it will be cooler over the the course of the next few days especially in poconos where at best we are talking 39 degrees today but even though we are starting off with fog up that way even up in the mountains we can expect to see sunshine, finally today, nicole, back to you. in traffic news here's i-76, at montgomery drive, overturn vehicle will was affecting eastbound lanes in this area a few hours ago but has since been cleared. i-95 here in the the area of girard avenue, no problem to report here and traffic is moving nicely as you can tell. tacony palmyra bridge is back down and opened to traffic, following a bridge opening, and vine street expressway is all clear, in directions overnight construction on the vine will continue after the new year.

well this morning police have one man in custody and they are looking for another in a home invasion in north philadelphia. >> officers caught one suspect after he a arrived at the hospital with a gunshot injury. woman was home with her children when two men burst in the unlock door asking for money. this happened after 11:00 p.m. it happened in the 2500 block of bank croft street. investigators tell us when children age three and seven started crying one fired a shot shooting himself. >> purpose trait the or shot himself in the leg told his partner in crime let's go i just shot myself and he limped out of the house. well, philadelphia police are investigating a deadly overnight shooting in north philadelphia a it happened shortly before 12:30 a.m. near intersection of the 25th the and clear feel. police say victim was riding a bike when he he was shot. he was rushed to temple hospital where he later died. police are looking for a van that was seen leaving the area at the time of the shooting.

bill cosby is out on bail after being booked on a sexual assault charge. >> dozens of women accused him of taking advantage of him sexually but this is first time the philadelphia a native has been charged with the crime.
