warning philadelphia police officers they need to be extra careful. an anonymous tip has philadelphia police and the fbi on high alert. >> it's being investigated and taken credible. >> reporter: sources tell cbs3 "eyewitness news" a woman approached an officer saturday near 60th and wall. she told the cop 30-year-old edward archer the 30-year-old is part of a group that consists of three others. archer is not the most radical of the four and the threat to police is not over. >> he was the least radical. he was an urban terrorist. whether it was islam, isis, whether it was just, he's in this group, whatever the hell it is, this guy needs to be, these other three need to be looked at if it is credible taken off the street and investigated. >> reporter: he's in police custody charged with attempted murder charge thursday evening. the five-year police department
