now in camden county. he was here earlier but this is the indictment made public, just a few hours ago, it doesn't have a lot of information but authorities, insist they have enough evidence to charge him with murdering in his son. dj creato left haddon township police department where he was booked. here is a picture of father/son, a father and son neighboring and friend insist were close. the the case got a lot of attention because brendan's autopsy and toxicology reports came back inconclusive, the three-year old's body was discovered not even half mile from his dad's apartment in haddon township about 9:00 o'clock in the morning on october 13th. three hours before, dj creato was on the phone with police. >> 911 where is your emergency. >> i just woke up and my three-year oldies missing. >> you didn't hear or see anything, nothing like that. >> no, i just woke up and he wasn't in my house. i don't know what happened. i don't know where he is. i guess he unlock it and left.

>> reporter: creato family stayed out of the spotlight since the tragedy but dj's father david creato gave "eyewitness news" this exclusive interview in october, just a a few days after his grandson was found dead. >> word cannot describe how i'm feeling right now. thinks devastating to have him pulled away from frustrates. >> reporter: little brendan's autopsy and his toxicology reports came back inconclusive. that is what had so many people concerned and questioning if exactly what happened. meanwhile dj creato who was charged with murder and endangering his son will appear before a judge tomorrow afternoon. of course we will be there. reporting live from haddon township, david spunt for cbs-3 "eyewitness news". the fbi has joined philadelphia police in investigating a possible new threat against officers, the the new concerns were first raised, saturday when a disturbing tip came just days after a suspect ambushed and wounded three three-year old officer jesse hartnett. officers were told by an anonymous informant that the threat is not over and the

driver trapped after their car hit a utility pole in evesham burlington county. chopper three over the scene in the 500 block of east main street. the driver was taken to an area hospital and unknown didn't, and the the cause of that crash is now under investigation. police are investigating a deadly crash involving a pedestrian, woman was hit by a pse&g truck around 9:00 in the parking lot of crossroads plaza on route 38. the utility company released a statement that read in part our condolence go out to the woman's family. pse and g is cooperating fully with the investigation. bensalem lisa rested a man they say is responsible for two carjacking incident, most recent happened last night around 6:30 at wawa gas station on route one. investigators say victim was sitting in her car when 22-year old amir saunders grabbed her door and opened it. he covered her mouth and told her to keep quiet but she for the back and was able to use her horn. police believe saunders is

down to low freezing right now in atlantic city. we are still contending with a little bit of the wind chill temperature, feeling like single digits in the poconos, 21 degrees right the now you in reading but we are starting to get a break from the gusty winds. wind still breezy in the poconos but calm wind reported right now in millville after a blustery day, especially for first half of the day, wind gusting close to 40 miles an hour on mount pocono, same case in wildwood, our high in philadelphia is 31 miles an hour. overnight tonight, as i mentioned we will get a break from the blustery conditions, increasing included down to 26 . cold night ahead. not as cold tomorrow 44 degrees the high temperature, the wind will ramp backup once again and we have a chance of seeing late day rain or snow shower and snow showers, we should be seeing them, in so far this season but normal to date we should have half foot of snow fall that should have fallen as far as averages are concerned in philadelphia but we have not seen any, storm scan three very quiet, high pressure in control but we

will see that cloud deck increasing as we head in the second half of the morning tomorrow. future weather showing us that the cloud starting to cruise in after some sunshine to start and there are those snow showers. not really widespread in nature, just scattered snow showers, and rain/snow mix shower especially across southern new jersey as we head into tomorrow evening and then still a few lingering snow showers for late evening and then clearing out pretty quickly. small time frame and not widespread activity but we could pick up light accumulations as we loop toward lehigh valley maybe picking up an inch shall inch and a half up toward poconos and looking at your seven day forecast, it gets even colder as we head into wednesday, 31 degrees, sunshine but windy once again, 38 degrees on thursday, still pretty chill which breezy conditions and then we're feeling better by friday, up to 47 degrees with some nice sunshine. that will be a nice way to end the workweek, rain on saturday, mild day but then we will get cold once again if you are lucky enough to have a
