support. another says last treatment, let's go. who needs to win the power ball when we are getting all this money from the tooth fairy, hashtag leah strong, she's missing her two front street. leah's story has captured many hearts. when she was able to attend a bengals game wearing a mask she was welcomed like a hero signs reading we are still strong, and bengals love leah. neuroblastoma ace the same cans their killed alex scott who started alex lemonade stand. her family came to chop for treatment since alex died there have been important research advances, immuno therapy is now being tested to treat neuroblastoma. it is not clear what kind of treatments leah has had but her dad has been on a mission to help other children. here donating play stations to pediatric patients at du pont in wilmington last year. now all of the information about leah and her case has come from her dad. chop has not made any comments and again, today a

spokesperson said that there would not be releasing any statement or anymore information about the the patient, and there is no statement that chop person said. so we will keep you posted with any updates but certainly excitement from leah's dad. >> certainly, i saw those tweet last night, just beautiful. >> wish them all of the best. >> stephanie, thanks. new developments in the case of the new jersey father accused of murdering his toddler's son. we now know how three-year old brendan creato died. "eyewitness news" reporter david spunt is outside the camden county courthouse with the the shocking details, david. >> reporter: they are shocking and so many people called this case bizarre since the the story broke october 13th. camden county prosecutor's office has not released many details at all about this case but tonight we are learning more. they say their case is stronging but they admit the the evidence is circumstantial. dj creato was quiet the as he walked in the courtroom in camden county but he did take a moment to look at family and friend. he is charged with killing his three-year old son brendan.

>> why would someone kill their own child, there must be a reason for someone to do something like that. >> reporter: brendan was found in the wood not even half mile from dj's haddon township home october 13th. the his autopsy and toxicology testing came back inconclusive, section chief christine shaw with the camden county prosecutor's office presented what she called a circumstantial case, for the first time the the public learned that little brendan was discovered partially submerged in water at the park. shaw also note that had brendan was in his pajamas and his feet were cleaned. she said he was placed there, and did not leave the the apartment on his own. >> the defendant also told police that brendan had never before left his apartment by himself. he never once left his mother's house by himself. he never once left his grandparents house by himself. >> reporter: shaw also told why the that dj creato began dating a seven year-old over the sum shore didn't like brendan. she claimed creato tried to

see you at 6:00. a fire rips through a chadds ford castle gutting the structure. crews responded to the scene on bullock road just before 2:00. the fire was placed under control two hours after it started. no injuries were reported, and the 12 bedroom mansion built in 1821 is currently listed for sale. no word on what caused that fire. police in wilmington are investigating a a fatal home invasion, chopper three over the scene on the 900 block of brown street. the officers discovered two people with gun the shot wound when they arrived to the home last night around 8:00 p.m. additional officers were notified when three other shooting victims a arrived at area hospitals. one of the victims has died. the investigation is ongoing. philadelphia inquirer, daily news and philly.com have changed hand, in a ground breaking deal. jerry lenfest who owns the publications is technically donating them to a non-profit. he has created a tax exempt organization known as the institute for journalism in new media. this institute will be allowed

"eyewitness news", reporter rahel solomon joins us live from the school where closer look at that video and also, more on how parents are reacting to this, rahel. >> reporter: well, jessica and ukee, good evening. parents, school officials, police, all say that the video is disturbing. it appears to show a man walking in to the school. minutes later he walks out with a counselor's purse. all the while that counselor was desperately trying to help a student. >> it is sad. >> reporter: police say only thing worse as this man appearing to steel the baggies that the purse's owner was doing at that very moment. >> authorities say while this thief was helping himself the to the purse its owner a school counselor was helping a student, facing a medical emergency. >> there was one of the counselors there performing cpr on a student in need have of medical attention. and, assisted that student in the medical rescue that responded to the location. it was during that time that counselor sat her bag down to

identifies the suspect, so they can make an arrest. the reporting live, rahel solomon for cbs-3 "eyewitness news". >> rahel, thank you for that. newly elect montgomery county d.a. is responding to a motion by bill cosby to have the criminal charges against him thrown out. cosby's accused of sexually assaulting a former temple university employee in the cheltenham township home, more than a decade ago. his lawyers argued that the criminal charge he now faces, violate a former d.a.'s pledge that he would never be charged over 2004 ebb counter. they accused new d.a. kevin steel of playing politics with a case to win an election. in a statement steel says we are not surprised by this filing, which has, no merit. my office does not try any case the in the court of public opinion, we try them in the the court of law. we will be filing a response to their motion, and we will let our legal response to their motion speak for itself. rolling stone magazine has released the full 17 minute video of the joachim guzman el chapo answering questions written by actor sean penn.

this is just hours after the the mexican government showed video of the violent raid that led to el chapo's arrest. actor sean penn's rolling stone interview with juan guzman reruled what it was like to be on the run. the pressure, well, for me it is normal pressure he said in spanish. i have had to be careful for a few years now in certain cities. later penn asked guzman about the the outlook for the drug business. will it disappear or grow. guzman answered quote, no it will not end because as time goes by, we have more people, and this will never end. but guzman six months of freedom ended last friday after this violent raid, carried out by mexican marines. five of guzman's men were killed in the shoot-out, and he managed to escape through intricate tunnels, and eventually led to his arrest in the stolen car.

this evening. big story will be the cold air that comes in tonight, our second shot of arctic air of this week, temperatures tomorrow, running a good five to 10 degrees below average and reason thinks clipper system bringing snow showers in here. reenforceing cold air. wind will kick up. temperatures tomorrow lower 30's. when you factor in the wind it will feel like single digits in the morning and teens in the afternoon. good news if you don't like the cold wait until thursday. starts to lift out, upper 30's to around 40 degrees. we will be well in the 40's on friday, nice mild day and heading in the weekend we will talk about some showers. so now we are starting to see snow showers breaking out far northwestern parts of the region through 8:00 o'clock. maybe left over snow showers around the city, part of the south jersey, lehigh valley, poconos. and then by 11 or 12:00 we are dry, clearing skies. tomorrow morning waking up should november problems, with clear conditions in the afternoon, lots of sunshine, thursday, some clouds start to return but that is just a sign of the milder air working its way back in the region. forecast for tonight maybe some snow showers early,
