the county is blaming winter weather blast and wind that blew through overnight. for now county line is closed to traffic, between henry avenue and meeting house road here in the horsham area we have seen crew from his verizon and other agencies working to restore power to those customers and also to return these roads to commuters. in all we are hearing that some 22 customers air affect by this power outage. the lets take you down to philadelphia, where we found wind whipping along ben franklin parkway, "eyewitness news" cameras were rolling as gusts gained on those flags. the national weather service did have a wind advisory until will 5:00 this morning. and beyond winds, you may also find there is still some snowy residue and icy spots on the roads. we found that too on our way to montgomery county. now some roads you will find are treated, you may find other areas though that are not. taking you back out here to the work here in horsham, we
