chopper three over 400 block of north monroe street, and the row home fire claimed the life of a three-year old and a three month-old. a woman and another child were taken to the hospital, that woman is now in critical but stable condition. well, prosecutors say three-year old brendan creato's father killed the boy to appease a teenage girl he was dating. shackled dj creato was in court on tuesday as authorities detailed their case against him. they say dy was dating a girl who did not like brendan and felt he was getting in the way of their relationship. brendan's body was found submerged in water at coupe are river park. prosecutor admits it is circumstantial evidence that shows the body was placed there. >> it is muddy down there and it is damp down there. brendan's socks were perfectly clean. we know with certainty he did not get to that location under his own power. >> as you heard me say in open court, it is a weak circumstantial case. >> authorities say the 17

route 202. you have to watch out for those road, justin, good morning. >> reporter: we are here at the route 202 and limekiln pike, we are told route 202 is closed down to bristol road, warrington police, thought conditions on route 202 are very icy at this time and that may have led to that garbage truck overturning just after 5:00 o'clock this morning. we are told an ambulance was seen, at the scene, and leaving the area, no word of any injuries to the driver of the garbage truck and any crew inside or if any other vehicles are involved. we are told throughout the morning that this area will be shut down as they clean that wreck up and treat those roads. it is latees from warrington i'm justin finch for cbs-3 "eyewitness news". erika and nicole back to you. >> you can see justin's breath out there. that is how cold it is. >> it is, that is the think to think about that it is very cold outside. you have to use extra precaution as you travel but also because it is still so cold bundle up adequately. we will look at graphics here.
