light of day. and there are mounds and mounds of snow all around. there is no place to put it. as you know, the city code requires that people sort of create a three footpath way in front of their homes, businesses have to do the same, and then the plows have been coming through the street, and so there is literally wedges on both sides of the cars out here. and so that's what people are waking up to. they have to get out their shovels, though plow, find themselves a way to get in their car, warm up their car, and clear it off. we have snow everywhere. in our parking lot here, because they've been trying to clear the snow here, there are several feet of snow that's piled up. so, nearly 2-foot snowfall is going to be around most of the day. folks have been advised that if you do come out, shovel, to do it in shift. you know, take a rest, get warm, come back out, because this could be several-hour job. we saw there is a plow right

there at the end of the block, there was a bulldozer, there was literally scooping the snow up, and placing it at the end of the curb, which means that the cars that are on the very end of the street are really wedged in there. and so that could be several hours digging themselves out. and the thing is it is against city code to throw snow back in the street. you can get fined anywhere from 50 to $300. so you have to be very creative about where you are going to put the snow. a loft times it is a long that curb line. so, the city still under a state of emergency. staying in your home. clean off your cars, get ready for rush hour, because we are going to be back to business tomorrow. live in sent south philadelphia, cherri gregg, "kyw news radio" for cbs-3 "eyewitness news". >> thanks so much. she bridges up good point. you want to move the snow from the sidewalk, but don't want to put it in the road for the drivers. >> so catch 22 right there. the clean up continues after the storm. >> ice, slush, and plenty of snow remains on area roadways, kyla out there, kai last what's it looking like?
