a second but i do want to show you what main street looks like. we are coming to you live from fishtown right off west girard avenue. the streets here are pretty darn clear, no problems there. there is a a little bit of moisture on the road but that is not the issue. is what the issue is the secondary streets like this. this is pale thorpe street here in fishtown. there is a lot of snow still on the road here. they have these big snow and ice chunks right now because it is still chilly in this area i have seen a cargo around in the bank parking lot to get around this mess. some areas, some secondary streets will look like this today but there is a lot of progress. look at the video, we have seen similarly block street in fairmount and south philadelphia overnight and those are just a few locations, with each passing day, the the folks, living on the streets, get more and more impatient but the the city does say 80 percent of streets are now plowed. they say streets department cleared 400 blocks yesterday. some residents understand that process, understand it will
