twenty-three year-old david milbourne of media is accused of posting these threats on facebook and instagram. the authorities say milbourne was acting in retaliation for yesterday's arrest of the 17 year-old female student who allegedly posted threats about students in chester up land school district. the it remains unclear what exact connection there is between milbourne and that student who was arrested yesterday. meanwhile parents in south jersey are on high alert after a possible luring attempt. "eyewitness news" reporter justin finch joins us from evesham township police department with the very latest on the search for those suspects, good morning. >> reporter: good morning. we know police are looking for a couple and there is cause for concern after a similar case was called in in the far from evesham township. at this morning, we do have more on the couple police are after as well as surveillance video. lets go to that video we are looking at a dark sedan that couple was seen back in january 16th just before

5:00 p.m. that sedan was seen driving through the sanctuary development. nearby there were two boys age ten and 11 playing near a home. evesham police say couple a approached the brothers asking if they wanted some candy, evesham police were called in and carried out a search but they did not find that couple. lieutenant joseph freel says that or rather tells us how the incident unfolded. >> vehicle pulls chose and male says out the window to the kids do you want some candy. the bone child has a cell phone in his pocket. he pulls his cell phone out. pretend he will make a phone call and saying he will call the police. >> a very smart move, by that boy, pretending to call police in that case, we do know that police are looking for a couple, a man and a woman that man said to be in his 60's or 70's with gray hair, woman said to be younger perhaps in her teens and 20's with long belong hair. about a half an hour earlier

that same day in nearby oaklynn police say that there a couple in the dark sedan approached three children with a similar mo but in that case police say the the couple were both described as being older, however, if you have any tips in either case you are urged to call police. erika, back over to you. just continue, good heads up there, thank you. a lot of damage but in serious injuries when flames break out you the in this burlington county home overnight. fire started around 11:30 on budd hallow lane in willingboro. fire fighters work quickly and had flames under control in about an hour. one person was treated for smoke inhalation. happening today the the community is invited to a public safety meet to go discuss last weeks fire at 21st and locust. numerous city agencies including the fire department and office of emergency management, they will address safety concerns following the blaze that destroyed that four story brick building. meeting will take place at st. patrick's church at 7:00 o'clock tonight.

>> reporter: after repeated tries, three fire department and about 20 bucks county volunteers brought seven year-old claire is a to her feet, she's in bad conditions, starving with multiple health problems. >> i was a little kid that used to rescue all of the animals in the the world. >> reporter: laurie runs last chance ranch and rescued her from a local farm this week. 1,000-pound horse is one of several animals rescued. >> sixteen horses, 20 sheep and goats, five dogs, a pig and a cow. >> reporter: otto and trixy are facing health problems but claire is the the worst. she was down all day before help arrived. >> i have asked for a couple guys and i got the entire fire department. it was awesome. >> we can sure them up. >> reporter: fire chief calvin, brought his entire department to help out. >> we don't think twice bit. we're all volunteer. we all work during the day and

shoveling snow can be difficult for older resident as many tails have of kindness are emerging after this weekend's storm. but police in delaware are telling a different story. they say a suspect used shoveling as a cover to steel from a 76 year-old woman. our diana rocco spoke to that victim. >> i wanted her out of the house, period. >> seventy-six year-old carol niece lives along so during the storm when this woman came to her door offering to shovel her walk she agreed. a decision that she soon came to regret. >> i was on the phone when she came to the door, that door wasn't locked because of the snow and she push her way in. >> reporter: carol paid her $30 and allowed would the man to use her bathroom and take to second drinks from her fridge but the the next day she return. this time without a shovel. >> she just pushed her way in that door and nearly knocked

me over. she went all over the the house, and everything. she was back in the back bedroom. i said to her, she said can you rent me this bedroom. i said no, that is for my family. >> our victim told her numerous times you need to leave, get out of my house. >> reporter: are when the woman left carol said her debit card was missing with money from her wallet and $50 from the bedroom. within minutes police were able to trace charges to this wawa down the street and grabbed these surveillance photos. then new castle county officers finished the job, the the suspect had started. >> i heard somebody shoveling out front. i thought that she came back. i went out and it was the policeman shoveling my sidewalk. >> when you saw that how did you feel. >> i cried. >> reporter: carol's neighbors have offered to pitch in and shovel her walk and drive was every time it snowed. police are still looking for would the man in these surveillance photos, they are

asking anyone with any information to give them a call. in claymont delaware i'm diana rocco for cbs-3 "eyewitness news". instead of shoveling money out of their wallets most people were stuck shoveling out of their homes and that equals loss of revenue for many local businesses. around the region shops had to close including vendors of the the italian market in south philadelphia. despite many coming out before the the storm to stock up the the loss of business, hurt. >> you will never make up what you will lose no matter how busy you are, you do not make up for its loss. >> snow never really helps. as much as i loved it a as a kid and prayed that my school would be closed now i say oh, god don't let it snow. it can affect business. >> well, different story for local bars, they faired well in the storm. the royal tavern is in bella vista and was among many bars packed throughout most of the weekend. lauren casey now joins us outside on that sky deck and we are hoping that the left over snow will hopefully melt

sometime soon. how are we looking right now. >> last night i was outside on the die deck and there was a foot and a half of snow, and now no trace of it, all gone after a couple of mild winter days over the last few days. now we are feeling chilly air, cold front late on tuesday and that cold air settling in across the delaware valley a and waking up to some teens in the lehigh valley, 25 degrees, little will chilly in philadelphia, 20 right now in millville, but nice, calm, winds. so no wind chills this time this morning but still need that winter coat, gloves, scarves, the whole thing and as you get out the door this morning, clear sky conditions, temperatures holding steady in the middle 20's, with to calm wind and light wind taking us through the the day and also quiet on storm scan three just a few clouds off shore, nothing to worry about and we will get a nice dose of sunshine throughout our thursday, so yeah, the kids are getting on the bus and heading to school. no snow day to day. b plus looking forecast. 25 degrees. chilly waiting for the bus heading home from school

on the right-hand part of the screen. the ramp is partially blocked. also lets take you out to i-95 near girard avenue. road are quiet but that will change once the rush hour kicks in so if you get out on the roads now, good idea. to markly street in norristown was recently closed between airy street and main street due to snow removal and icy conditions. that has since cleared and the road is reopened. another remind their patco speed lines are returning to a special midday schedule, today, and tomorrow. right now new developments in it or gone standoff. the fbi says that several vehicles have left the occupied federal refuge. federal authorities set up checkpoints around the wild life center. they took eight people in custody as they left the the area, five were released. don champion joins us live from new york with the latest on the situation, don, good morning. >> good morning,er contact it is not clear how many militia members are held up at wild life refuge but there are reports some were seen sitting around a campfire last night.

federal authorities tried to deescalate the the the situation the the leader of the the militia is urging occupiers to get home. three more occupiers of the federal wild life refuge in oregon have been arrested. it is not known how many more remain inside. wednesday a day after militia leader evans bundy and seven followers were arrested they faced a federal why foreseeing the refuge. after the hearing bundy a's attorney read a statement from his client urging remaining occupiers to leave. >> to those remaining at refuge, i love you. let us take this fight from here. please stand down. >> reporter: the judge considers bundy and his followers a flight risk and ordered them to remain in custody until friday they were a arrested on tuesday when fbi agents and police, intercepted them on a oregon highway. bundy's brother ryan was shot and militia spokesmen, five

police just arrested him after finding marijuana in the trunk of his car. his joy ride ended a few minutes later when he crash in the fence. he managed to runaway but police officers caught up with him an hour later. officials are debating the use of drones in philadelphia, not for recreation but rather for public safety. city controller alan butkovitz is recommending drones be used by l and i, police fire and other departments for public safety purposes. they have recently been tested in hunting park, west, south philadelphia and point breeze. a drone sent video back from inside run down buildings keeping inspectors out of harms way. but, some resident are concerned about the the the risks that drones could pose. >> this thing could explode into something really invasion of our privacy. it can really getting youly. >> we're not interested in looking into peoples windows. >> i have a privacy issue but i would rather know that i'm
