snow showers. >> yesterday we had a lot of melting begin on again, temperatures little below freezing some spots. watch out for areas of black ice, especially sidewalks and parking lots, just be careful. lauren, looks like typical late january day. not bad at all. >> breeze will pick up as we head into the afternoon hours, so it will make it feel much colder than certainly we felt yesterday afternoon with the sunshine and the light winds. this morning, isn't quite as cold, still need the winter jacket. twenty-four hour temperature change up about six greeks in philadelphia, up about 10 degrees in allentown right now. temperatures, 32 degrees in philadelphia, so as justin was mentioning, most temperatures at or below freezing right now, all of the reporting sites. have to watch out for icy patches from the snow melt yesterday. middle 20's in the lehigh valley, 30 degrees right now in ac. storm scan3 showing us we do have some clouds in place, snow showers up wind. we do have chance of seeing few scattered showers mainly as we head into the afternoon

hours. they should not so much have a problem, but could see brief redock sean in visibility, get snow shower passing through, brian it with the winds, so temporarily reduce visibility, maybe people want to leave little earlier as they are headed off on their evening commute. hit the roads, get it out of the way, and enjoy the rest of your weekends. >> good morning, good call there, trying get out of town early if you can. an accident earlier, route 202 northbound, between 41 and 29, out near malvern, but now that's clear. looking good. this is southbound the headlight, northbound the tail light. no problems there right now, looking much better. actually all lanes block northbound 202, no issues now, so, forget about that. let's take to you 76 eastbound, past 202, here, and here you go. looking pretty good as well, heading toward the city. no problems. talcony palmyra bridge was up earlier, now it is back down, no issues, still quiet out

abnormally small heads. health officials urge pregnant woman not to travel to the affected regions like latin american. cdc says the outbreak, zika outbreak is unlikely. local health officials agree. >> anything which has a potential life threatening effect on our unborn babe says major concern, and we need to take it seriously, but i don't think it is time to panic. >> neither pennsylvania nor delaware have any confirmed cases of the zika virus. in new jersey there was one travel related case last year, that person who was from columbia recovered and returned to south america. our justin fin love have much or this virus coming up at 5:00. >> it was not an earthquake from new jersey to connecticut people were hearing sonic booms. the us gee logical survey says one of the booms centered just north of hammonton atlantic county. navy says it was fighter jets and f35c, similar to this one, and a f18. the f35c has a top speed of

40 degrees the high temperature, right around average for us, sunrise at 7:12 this morning with the strong northwesterly wind. picking up as the day goes on, ten to 20 miles per hour with the higher gusts, tonight mostly clear, still windy, so down to 23 degrees, those windchills will be down into the teens and potentially single digits, as we head into tonight. , up around 52 monday, groundhog tuesday, 53 degrees, and check that out. it will be soggy day, could even have a thundershower moving through, with that mild air in place. >> i can take the rain if it means 06 degrees, lauren, thank you. bay area is getting ready for superbowl 50, little more than week away. superbowl city under construction in downtown san francisco. residents there also noticing strange new boxes on the street. they're marked with tags that

say homeland security and do not unplug. it is part of a government program called bio watch. sampling air particles for biological weapons. >> they're keeping you safer than if you didn't have them. right now they are looking at 12 to 36-hour turned around on the samples. >> the billion dollars program is not without controversy, though. the government accounting office says it is not clear whether it even works. also, the sample have to be hand delivered. >> the fbi is announcing their security plans for the superbowl. that includes a joint operations center. it is at a secret location near levi stadiumment san jose police department is assisting federal authority. they've been training for a month and scenarios like active shooter. the goal never be too far from a large crowd. >> we don't want to be over bearing, not going to see a police day where officers are hovering over people with rifles. but we are going to be present. >> i think the achilles heel for us is either active

republican presidential debate in iowa criticize donald trump for boycotting the event. trump's feud with the net could the boycotted and held a veterans event nearby. >> and that famous fiat used by pope francis during his september visit to philadelphia, it will be auction off at the philadelphia auto show. the show opens tomorrow and runs through february 7th. it will feature 700 cars including exotic classic and concept vehicles. all right, 4:49 right now, time for check on your business news, money watch's jill wagner joins us from the new york stock exchange, amazon stock took quite a hit yesterday. >> disappointing fourth quarter result sent shares of the e commerce giant into a tailspin. they fell to 14% in after hours trading. so this is what's behind it. amazon made a huge profit during the holiday shopping season, they delivered a record number of packages. but, that's part of the problem, that their shipping costs are so high. so, so far this year amazon shares have lost 6% of their value. and, you know, now it is

starting to make sense, why amazon wants to test drones, things like that, to deliver packages, because that's a huge, huge cost for them. it eats into their profit. >> the rest of us love that prime, right? >> exactly. >> if you want to go see a show, sporting event, seems so expensive, now ticket fixing investigation in new york state. what's it finding? >> so new york's attorney general says the system is rigged. there is an investigation, he found that half of the tickets to many events, for concerts, sporting events, they're actually held for industry insiders or promoters. they're unavailable to the public. brokers then re-sell those tickets on site like stub hub for way more than face value. sometimes, ten times the original cost. and this is where coy go on my rant about not getting bruce springsteen ticket. i'll save that. it makes sense. all of those tickets they sell outweigh too quickly. >> duly my producer hug i bear size we have time if you want to go off on how you can't get
