"eyewitness news" reporter justin finch live outside the courthouse with the latest on her sentence hearing. >> jim, erika, good morning there is day has been coming for more than a year, for kathryn knott, and judge now set to hand down her sentence in just a matter of hours. let's take you now to video kathryn knott last seen here in court back on december 18th, 2015, after three days of jury deliberations, knott found guilty of conspiracy, simple assault, simple assault, two counts every wreckless engage err, acquitted of two felony charges, and one misdemeanor charge. you will recall that knott age 25 of southampton bucks county was part of a center silly brawl back in september of 2014. the target was a gay couple, two men, who were left badly beaten in the area of has

letter street. homophobe innings remarks reportedly prompted and fueled that fight. surveillance cameras and witness accounts pegged knott with larger group held responsible for that attack, in that group, two bucks county men, philip williams and kevin harrigan, took plea deals for probation and community service and are banned from the philly area during that probation area period. on that december decision day jurors spoke out about that verdict. >> it is wrong. there was just nothing right about it from beginning to end. >> and, later today, knott will find out what her fate will be. she was found not guilty of those higher charges of felony assault, she was the only one of the three defendant in that case to actually take her case to trial. and there is no word yet as to whether she will get plea deal, as well, or if she will serve jail time. back over to you.

hypothermia. thanker goodness for that neighbor. now to katie on the skydeck. >> good morning, guys, exactly right. as we move forward in this forecast, there are some more chances for wintery wet their could lead to additional dangers in the way of travel concerns. bye nor now, pretty quiet forecast inland, closer you get to the shore, just definitely different scenario. quick peak here at storm scan3, exactly what you will notice. >> precipitation, creeping ever closer, this is not going to be a similar scenario as the last coastal storage, nudged so far inland even philadelphia ended up with a coating. this is going to stay confined to the coastline folks. actually become more of new england concern than anything. i think you will end up with modest grassy accumulation of snow down the shore. leading edge of yet another system, we zoom it way out.

definitely looks like it has bit more organization. about but see it is almost these pockets of scattered snow showers, and that's eventually how things are going to sort of pan out for us. but, it is a long lived event later tonight, the show showers will move across our area, winter storm watch takes effect, new, and upgraded information folks. that winter storm watch lasting us through late tuesday, basically, southern sliver of the delaware valley, included here. dose al flood watches and advise advise posted for this pair of system. but, let's talk snowfall. what you are looking at is the model's interpretation over the course of this event. it is all over the place. so there are still question marks that remain. do we ends up with under half inch or as much as close to 8 inches, i mean, this is the casino every question mark that makes us just shake our heads as meteorologists because you have lot of did i rent guidance coming in with a lot of different suggestions, bottom line you will see first storm one, bring some model snow totals across the eastern

shore line. not here in the city. later tonight though snow showers pick up for everyone. and then tomorrow, it is a long lived relatively weak system, but potential for one to 3 inches of snow in philadelphia possibly high totals. we'll continue to fine tune this forecast. >> thank you so much. good to make note that far for our morning commuters tomorrow, then of course wednesday. sounds like today, moving in the web direction, into center city looking good but we are starting to see just slow volume sheet start to hit the roadways, see it start to build as we move of course into the 6:00 hour. right now ben franklin bridge looking okay, 202 headlights southbound direction there is will be at the schuylkill, you can see how dark it is still outside. a loft headlight, a loft taillights starting to hit around the area. also, disable vehicle right here, this is the schuylkill, westbound, at conshohocken, pulled all the way out to the shoulder.
