terms of the quality and how clear the roads are at this time. i do want to show you how the snow has collected though on the grassy areas here. that hill there has a lot, heavy snowfall, maybe inch or less, or dusting, but still very heavy collection of snow there. a lot of the cars on the neighborhood street also have a lot of snow build up on them, reminder for all of us, if you have snow on your car to go ahead, clear that off, for everyone else who will be sharing the roads with you, as you go out this morning. we did see some flakes fall, bit earlier, that's since passed on. not too much of any more precipitation that we've seen fall at this point, which is good news, at the rush begins to build up here. however, here in delaware, in parts of our area, you may want to be careful, heading down the hill. there are some slick spots here, as you make your way down these hills, on to the roads, ramps, to get you to where you're going this

>> when we have just dusting of snowfall it, doesn't matter or maybe semi slick roads, where ever the case may be, a lot of people jump in their vehicles think they can drive at posted speeds and that's where we get the problems. so what we are seeing this morning is slick roadways, they're either looking wet in some areas or they are looking full of black ice in some areas, as well. so, give yourself couple of extra moments this morning, 422, headlight moving in the westbound direction, at oaks looking good. so look over to the eastbound direction, this is where we are seeing the bulk of the volume build, 422, not going to cause you too many slow downs right now 422, still early take this, push it into the 6:00 hour, see slow downs in and around that area. ben franklin bridge for those every in you jersey coming from westbound direction in jersey going into center city looking good, still nice, quiet, both directions quiet, where i'm keeping my eye, looking good on the ben franklin, bridges, side
