"eyewitness news" on the scene at 57th and girard avenue. police say the victims are in stable condition. that crash temporarily shutdown route 15 trolley but the good news at least the service has been restored for your morning commute. >> distraction method to steel, to use this technique in crime spree up and down the east coast including in our area. justin finch, police want everyone to see, good morning. >> two area townships hit with cell phone storm thefts, two guys worked the room, one goes in the back, and does this. surveillance video linked the men to the two crimes, and also, joint police work linked those people to a wider crime net. >> one facing felony retail

bloom inning dale outlet at liberty place. it is unclear if the two cases are connected. scam artists are skimming those in camden. this man got a call saying someone in his family was badly hurt in a car accident. the caller then took it further telling him he needed to pay up, because his daughter was the one who caused the crash. >> he wanted me to meet him at the walgreens in pennsauken to give him $500 in cash. >> now, robinson got suspicious and hung up. he then called his daughter, who is safe at work. camden police received about 15 similar scam reports, and they want to make sure everyone is on alert. >> south carolina republicans are heading to the polls tomorrow to pick their favorite presidential hopeful. the key battle follows pope francis' criticism of donald trump over to build a wall on the us mexico border. some problems out there. one of them being what you are looking at right now, an accident new jersey 295 northbound, at route 42, that right lane is block, what you are looking at right here, kind of back upshot, trying to get onto 295 from 42, and you can see some brake lights going out. make note that far for those of you having to exit from 42 northbound onto 295. you will get caught up in that a little bit at least until it clears. then, 95 south, at girard, looking good, no accidents right here, but looking very busy, as you can see, how many vehicles are out there right now, make note of that. but we do have another accident, here on 95, this is 95 northbound, past the walt whitman bridge. involving a tractor-trailer and car. two lanes, two left lanes block right now, and you can see, this is definitely going to slow you down, looks like, some crews just showing upright here, but not only just shear volume levels, will slow you down, trying to maneuver around, but everyone is going to tap their brakes trying to either get around this, one, or, two, we know, we don't like this, but we though it will happen, get

over, couple of boats came over, guys came in, trying to help the guys bring the people up. and -- >> all five people on board were rescued. taken away in ambulances. a 16 year old was rushed to the hospital in critical condition. eyewitnesses, who jumped into help, had to wash fuel out of their eyes, off their bodies, others still in shock thinking how close this helicopter came to the visitor's center's lawn. >> like the copt we are come over the lan, try to pull it back over the water, drop maybe 10-foot off shore. then just sang like a rock. >> now, the navy says the helicopter belongs to genesis aviation, which conduct helicopter tours. some eyewitnesses saw smoke coming from the back that far helicopter before it crashed. the fa a and the ntsb will pick up this investigation later today. >> incredible how close it did come to the visitor center, so many people could have been hurt or killed. >> so highly popular in the area. you hurried the interviewer

whitman bridge. take a look at this. now, this is an accident involving a tractor-trailer and a car. you can see the left lanes are blocked. as well as some of the right lanes. you can see the middle lane is trying to scoot by. also report after fuel spill here. but then jump over, moving in the southbound direction, as well, weaver crews there, not causing too many significant slow downs on the southbound side but overall see the impact this will have all every these travelers moving in the northbound direction, are having to get into a single file line and go straight through the center of this, and you can bet it is really going to get slowed down not only maneuvering around this tractor-trailer but also because of that gaper delay, everyone is going to be tapping their brakes. we don't like to say it and admit it but it happens. they'll be tapping their brakes, trying to scoot around this it, will cause you some significant delays. so if you can avoid this right now, you certainly want to. here is a back out shot of what you are dealing with. at the walt whitman bridge, look at that, it is looking like we have a stalled camera. it is not. you are just not moving. looks more like a parking lot. so avoid this area at all

most of you likely have never heard of the little known nba assistant coach from oklahoma city. unfortunately, his wife and mother of his five children was recently killed in a wrong way driver when they hit her car head on. yesterday, williams stood in front of thousands of friends and family members, and delivered real a incredible message of love and fate. the most moving part though of the message was directed toward the family of that wrong way driver. >> everybody's praying for me and my family, which is right, but let us not forget that there were two people in this situation, and that family needs prayer, as well. and we have no i will toward that family. in my house we have a sign that says as for me and my house we will serve the lord. we cannot serve the the lord if we don't have a heart of forgiveness. that family didn't wake up want to go hurt my wife.
