shooting in hunting park leaves one person dead and another injured. cherri gregg from our sister station kyw news radio is over at temple university hospital where one victim was taken, cherry, good morning. >> reporter: good morning, rahel, yes, tragic shooting, philadelphia police have confirmed that a man is dead following that double shooting. he was pronounced overnight. second victim a woman is injured and is being treated at temple university hospital. it is unclear at this point what her status is, now lets take a look at the video, what we do know at this point is that it happened just before 11:00 p.m. saturday night. police arrived on the scene at the intersection of the the pike and park avenue in the hunting park section of philadelphia, they found the manny mentioned shot multiple times, a woman was shot as well, and they were inside of that silver vehicle when at some point a suspect began shooting as is evident by the gun shots through the

windshield and then the shell casings on the ground. both victims were rushed to temple university hospital, and that is where the man tied, in word on whether the victims were shot while inside of that vehicle or while trying to get out. again, police confirmed that one man has died and woman is injured, no word just yet on her status, or either victim's identity as homicide detectives try to figure out what exactly happened and who is responsible. live at temple university hospital, cherri gregg for kyw news radio for cbs-3 "eyewitness news". cherri, thank you. eleven people have been taken to the hospital, after a car flips over a median. it all happened around 2:00 this morning on roosevelt boulevard and broad street. eleven year-old boy was thrown from the car and rushed to the hospital. three of the people inside that vehicle will are listed in critical condition. four people from at least two other vehicles were also hurt, and the accident this morning remains under investigation.

all north bound lanes on the boulevard are closed between wissohickon and broad street. a 13 year-old boy is in serious but stable condition at chop this morning after suffering multiple stab wound. it happened just after midnight on the 4400 block of holden street in west philadelphia. in word on any suspect or if anyone else was involved. now in the race for president, republicans cast their ballots in the south carolina primary, while the democrats, caucused in nevada. lets take a look at the numbers. donald trump solidified his place at the top of the g.o.p. with his win but this primary, wound up being a little closer then even the experts expected. hillary clinton came out on top in the democratic caucus, former secretary of the state, defeated bernie sanders, and nevada caucus, 53 to 47 percent. karen capa has more on the tight races, as another presidential hopeful, bows

so this is what is happening, cold front comes through later this afternoon brings those showers in there not a big deal a tenth to a quarter inch in some locations, monday morning, nice and dry again in the sunshine as we head in the afternoon still good, and then one little disturbance running through tuesday, could bring a few showers or wet snow flakes far north and west, if it comes in early enough tuesday it won't amount to anything. large system comes in here during the day wednesday. the event this afternoon brings generally a tenth to a quarter inch of rain at best from the city on south and east. now lets talk about the middle of the week, wednesday to thursday, again, it is still more of an inland track. it takes the low west of the delaware valley. so that means we're on the warm side. mainly rain from this event, you have to go out to the ohio valley and northern new oakland to find snow at this point. still three days away. things could change but is there more agreement on the more westerly track for mid week storm. today increasing cloud, still mild at 56 degrees, rain arrives late in the afternoon continues into the evening, we do cool down to 39, tonight
