crashed on, killing 17 year old roadsth gong solace. 20 year old hernandez. he faces a slew of charges inning including three counts of homicide by vehicle. investigators in michigan trying to figure out what motivated a man to allegedly commit a series of random shootings that killed six people and injured two other. cbs news reporter kenneth craig reports from kalamazoo where please do have a suspect in custody. >> reporter: one of the three shot thing sites a memorial is growing as the community mountains people killed in a deadly rampage. >> they weren't targeted for any reason other than they were there to be a target. >> reporter: authorities say 45 year old difficult ton began when he wound add woman around six saturday night outside an apartment complex. four hours later a father and son were killed at this car dealership. haven't investigators say he

killed four women in a cracker barrel parking lot. a 14-year-old girl was seriously injured. he was arrested early sunday when an officer spotted his vehicle leaving a bar. >> jest gators are now reviewing surveillance video that captured the shootings from several of the locations. cbs use confirmed he was working as a uber driver and passed background check. the man who gave her a ride a week ago. >> we talked a lot. he wouldn't stop talking. butter he didn't seem off like crazy. >> reporter: authorities believe dalton would have continued shooting spree if he weren't stopped. ken in this craig for cbs3 eyewitness news. >> lawyers for bill could cosby's wife filed emergency motion late saturdays to postpone her deposition that was scheduled for tomorrow. the motion syces camille cosby's deposition should be delayed because she quote has had no

philadelphia and points south. topped 67 degrees in atlantic city. 65 high temperature in millville not bad for a february day. temperatures very mild. 55 in philly. lehigh valley dealing with cool air. 50 degrees in wildwood. there is that rainstorm scan three showing us rain moving through. most the moisture upward level disturbance moving through kind of firing off shower activity. starting to see intensity pick up especially towards perks county and lehigh valley. seeing yellow and orange color, stretching from southwest in allentown, moving to the east, northeast. rain full intensity will start to pick up in allentown area over next 30 minutes. trying to sink into center city philadelphia. eastern montgomery county seeing shower activity moving through then across parts of delaware seeing that rain moving into the dover area and then stretching up into far southern new jersey.

that will continue over the next hour. showers for this evening. really starting to taper off as we head past midnight. for tomorrow a nice day cooler 49 degrees. mostly sunny conditions. five to ten mile per hour range. future weather as we head into the next self hours we will be dealing with area precipitation moving on through. after midnight mainly clear the area maybe a few showers lingering past midnight down the shore. as we head out the workweek 7:00 in the morning nice sunshine. no wet weather or wet roads to concern ourselves with. even tuesday morning commute looking good but then rain is going to start to develop with this midweek storm system going to be coming through. storm systems moving through as we look at tuesday, wednesday and into thursday. evening commute on tuesday, doesn't look so great. wednesday morning we'll have scattered shower activity. as we head no the afternoon hours it is going to become sted

year and heavier thunder possible. we have been eyeing the storm over the last week. there has been some pope dental to see frozen precipitation with this system. i think we are only going dos that toward the poconos. what to expect tuesday, wednesday and thursday as far as precipitation, mainly winter tree mix in the poconos. not too concerned with snowfall accumulation. lehigh valley you could see some mixing especially early in the day tuesday when colder air is stilling in place. mainly all rain for philadelphia surrounding suburbs except extreme bucks and montgomery county and then down the shore and delaware this will be and a all rain evented for you. going to be windy for everyone. winds start to pick up late day tuesday. into wednesday, thursday even into friday as we cool down on the backside of this system. 39 degrees high temperature. still windy into next he week inned. much chillier but temperatures up there in the low 50s on
