good morning, it is monday, february 22, i'm erika von tiehl. we start things offer right now with a nice dry day after wet end to the weekend, katie and meisha stands bias we head back to work. >> good morning, happy monday, yes, feeling great outside, katie, tell us all about that, roadways looking nice and dry, no accidents to report either. so katie what is in store for us today? >> thankfully looking at some sunshine, did have disturbance roll through, brinking in a bit of wet weather, now clearing out of here, so if you have any cloud cover that's all that's left at this point from that little minor disturbance, but it is to will be nice day to enjoy before the next big thing comes along, and why that next big thing, i mean two, separate systems for the middle the part of the week, nice and quiet to kick it off here, we overlook the delaware river here from palmyra cove nature park, you can see there is still some cloud cover, still being reflected up toward the sky there. but we are seeing these clouds break thin, and thin out, as the day progresses. you can see also in the beginning of this loop here

from the last three hours, the wet weather just clearing on out of here. once the sun does come up it will shine brightly, will look like beautiful day out there. at the moment temperatures aren't terrible. in the low 30's, granted, through reading, allentown, mount pocono, basically far to the north and west of the city even in the mid 30's, upper 30's, up and down portions of i95ment philly still checking in at 40, pair of four's, millville, not bad out there. we look forward in the forecast any clouds do break for more and more sun as the day goes on, looks like beautiful afternoon, chill by comparison in the poconos, cooler by comparison it the beautiful weekend weather we did enjoy. you'll have sunshine to go along with over achieving 50 degrees high. normal high this time of year still mid four's, so nod bat -- so not bad. tracking two separate storms, as we look ahead to the middle part of the week. that does mean that we can start using descriptive words like soggy and we'll track that for you getting further along in the show. meisha.

that, construction 42 both directions between route 544 and 294 just 295 rather just make note that that's still in play. i'll let you know when that lift. back to you. >> thank you. woman is killed and her husband critically injured desperately trying to save her from their burning home in delaware county. this morning fire investigators are searching for a cause. the flames started yesterday around 5:00 p.m. on the 2300 block of blue bell avenue in boothwyne. outside crozer-chester medical sent war update on the victim's condition. brails your heart, justin, good morning. >> good morning, very sad story indeed. officials say that this husband saw the flames here and new he had to go in and save his wife. of the fire, and the flames, were just too intense. she later died. he was rushed here to chester crozer suffering from burns, at last check, he was in critical condition as the fire that took his home and his wife remains under investigation this morning.

firefighters arrived to the 2300 block of bloopball avenue in boothwyne delaware county about 5:00 sunday evening, this is what they found. a raging fire captured here on cell phone video by neighbors. heavy fire and smoke would gut the two story house, and inside crews found brenda trapped alone on the second floor near the staircase. she was pronounced dead soon after. it would take close to 100 firefighters to get the flames under control within one hour, and neighbors recall before the fire the 50 year old female victim seen outside playing with her grandkids, once the fire broke out investigators say her husband was outside with the grandchildren, when he sprang into action. officials spoke to us about the conditions, and what happened next. >> we have a few witnesses that did stop to try to help. the intensive heat on the first floor, and you could feel the heat all the way across the street.

>> and neighbors are asking for public prayers at this time. even passersby, neighbors on the block, spring into action, as well, to try to save this woman. the investigation began shortly after that fire was sell of the. at this time whether it was intentional or accidental, that is still under investigation. officials say we could have an answer as soon as later today. erika, back over to you. >> justin finch for us, thank you for the update n burlington county new jersey, two firefighters are injured fighting a house fire. flames broke out yesterday afternoon at the home on 15 wilson avenue in bordentown. one firefighter was hospitalized. the other was treated at the scene. now if there is any good news here is that their injuries are considered minor. the cause remains under investigation. bill cosby's wife camille is expected to be deposed today, despite efforts from her lawyers to prevent it from happening. a judge denied the request to delay it. she is scheduled to answer questions in a lawsuit brought against her husband, by seven women, who say he sexually

assaulted them decades ago. her lawyers said camille cosby's deposition should be delayed, because she, quote, has had no involvement with the fact oral gazes underlying this case. camille cosby will not have to answer questions about her personal conversations with her husband. >> also, trial begins today for a former philadelphia police officer, edward is accused of making terroristic threat. prosecutors say the former officer hit a man in the knee with his car in october 2013 while he was off duty. he then allegedly threatened the victim with racial slurs and showed off a gun. edward faces six-12 years in prison if convicted. >> the michigan man accused of killing six people in a random shooting rampage will be arraigned this morning. cbs news correspondent don champion tells just this disturbing crime has many uber passengers concerned. >> reporter: jason daulton faces multiple weapon and murder charges connect today a deadly shooting rampage in

call ma zoo. officials say the 45 year old uber driver targeted his victims at random. mark dutton gets chills thinking about his encounter daulton. >> it is crazy to think that someone could have gone out and just done all of these horrible things and just came in with a straight face like he is just going to work doing his job. >> he and his friends heard about the killing spree and got nervous when daulton pick them up in a car that matched the one police were looking for. >> said hey, you're not the guy, are you? answer kinds of just said no. >> fifty-three year old richard smith and his 17 year olson, tyler, were killed car shopping at this dealership. barbara hawthorn was among those killed at this cracker barrel. >> when a tragically like this strikes, you never expect it to be this close at home. >> the first victim in the spree was a woman who was shot multiple times at this apartment complex. she is expected to survive. the sheriff says her quick actions saved the lives of several children including 12 year old joy coleman. >> and shot her once, she was

still running, and then shot her again and she fell. and she asked help me. >> daulton, married farther of two, no prior criminal history. don champion, cbs-3, "eyewitness news". >> now, ooh chief security officers released a statement saying they are horrified and heart broken at the senseless violence in call ma zoo. >> police are investigating a deadly shooting in hunting park. a 20 year old man and his 17 year old girl shot multible times on pike street and park avenue while sitting in a car. the man died. the girl is still in critical condition. one woman we spoke with, a victim of gun violence herself, says it needs to stop. >> yes this is really, really, dis heart inning, it is continuing to half. my mom lives here. she 08 years old. and throughout the 50 years she lived here, i can name countless people that have been killed in the area. it needs to stop. >> so far, police have no

leads. twenty year old christopher bloomfield charged with vehicular homicide for this high speed deadly crash last july in somerton. police say bloomfield was driving the car that crashed on sandmeyer lane killing 17 year old sabrina roads and 20 year old festival of families app hernandez. 5:09. it is a dream come true for 106 year old woman. you have to see her priceless reaction when she meets the president and the first lady. >> also: >> turnoff the lights. turnoff the lights. turnoff the lights. >> not your typical chant at a campaign rally. why donald trump actually wanted the light to go out as he spoke to supporters. then, a bus filled with passengers suddenly burst into flames on the side of the road watch they heard just moments before the fire. >> ♪ >> ♪

weekend dancing for a good cause. the student were on their feet for 46 straight hours, for the annual dance marathon, better known as thon. this year they raised more than $9.7 million for childhood cancer research. thon is the largest student run philanthropy in the country since 1977 student have raised more than $125 million to fight childhood cancer. >> a dream meeting with president obama causes one woman to bus a move. >> ♪ >> oh, so nice to see you. i want to say hi michelle? >> she is 100. >> no, you are not. you are not. >> oh, i love watching this. meet virginia mcclaren, she 106 years old, born in south caroline in 1909. the historic meeting taking years to happen with help from families she started a campaign in december of 2014
