we'll bring you up-to-the-minute results on the air and on line at cbsphilly.com. right now, 4:36. new this morning, a gunfire erupts during family fight ending with two people shot. it happened shortly before midnight on the 3900 block of percy street in north philadelphia. police say two families living in a upstairs apartment got into an argument and it turned bloody. >> they saw that there was signs of a violent struggle. they saw three knives on the hallway floor, saw blood on the floor, blood on the walls, a door had been forced off of its hinges, they found broken bottles, broken glass, they also found three spent shell casings from a semiautomatic weapon. >> two men are being treated for their injuries. police say a one year old boy was in the apartment during the fight, but luckily, he was not hurt. police say they know the name of the alleged gunman and they are looking for him. philadelphia has it first

case of the zika virus, the victim woman in her 60s currently recovering without complications. the city's department of health says the woman recently returned from the caribbean and did not require hospitalization. a health department official tells "eyewitness news", there is no threat to the community. >> it is not a significance to people locally, because the mosquitos that transmit infection don't live or survive in philadelphia. >> the health concerns really are for pregnant women. and a part from that, it is really not a significant issue. >> there are now five cases of the zika virus in pennsylvania, federal authorities also confirm a second case in new jersey. a local high school student is facing criminal charges after police say he sold marijuana laced brownies. police in bensalem say 18 year old jake on francisco sold the brownies to a middle school student. and then that seventh grader re-sold the brown toys several student at shaeffer middle

take a peak here, storm scan, nice wide zoom. show you the storm system on it way, obviously some snow, obviously little icing going on with that, but we won't have to deal with it. what is happening, still stuck in pretty mild air for the standard right now, and the course of this circulation actually going to bypass us to the north. so we will eventually end one wet weather, but just rain, dow think you'll likely see few thunderstorms rumbling in here, timing things out, primarily overnight tonight, into tomorrow morning, that we will see the main brunt of this. so let's breakdown in terms every just couple of bullet points. the showers are to develop tonight. but the heaviest of the rain comes tomorrow morning. so clearly tomorrow morning commute as you are on the air with us in the morning you will end up finding some of the slowest conditions out there. not a major heavy hitting storm, though. potentially going to see up to half inch of precipitation out of this. showers will actually be ending by the late end of the wednesday morning drive. so it is not going to be all that bad. there is another disturbance down the pike here thursday into friday, so if you have heard the word snow getting thrown around here, yes, shot

for it. however, this is real more than anything disturbance, going to bypass us to the south, you have got a storm to the north, then later storm to the south. bridges in potential for some snow by thursday into friday specially, but just the showers looks like. today nice way to kick it off. starting offer the month of march on pleasant note, well above average, by almost 10 degrees in fact, drop down to 44 tonight. that's when the showers start to develop. but it is clearly too mild for anything but just chilly rain. and then, we should hit 52 degrees, but it happens early in the day. then the temperatures start to gradually fall again just rainout of this, folks, wind also starting to whip as the storm pushes through. we look ahead to the tail end of the week, we struggle to hit 40 on friday, hence, little disturbance crossing through, couple of snow showers in the forecast. erika? >> katie, thank you. not quite 101 dall nations bye napa valley farm has record number of puppies on their hands. they were expecting ten, but they got 17.
