win. correspondent weijia jiang explains why democratic presidential frontrunner hillary clinton is already looking toward the general election. >> voters are lining up at polling stations on super tuesday in what is expected to be a record turn out. polls show donald trump with the significant lead over his opponents, most of the 12 states holding republican primaries and caucuses. >> trump, 49%. >> the pollsters say those numbers may be low. >> there are some people who still won't acknowledge they're supporting him but they can't wait to vote for him. >> senator ted cruz believes he'll win his home state of texas, hoping to make it a two-man race. >> what we will see, i believe, is donald trump, both coming out with significant chunk of delegates and everyone else far behind. >> democrats are already in a two-person contest, and hillary clinton is hoping to land a knock-out blow to senator bernie sanders. >> sanders voted early this morning, in his home state of vermont.

super tuesday, wednesday the polls close we'll bring you up-to-the-minute results on cbsphilly.com. erin andrews back in court breaking down on the stand against this morning in her $75 million hotel stalker trial. andrews, a sport reporter, says the marriott hotel was neglect in telling her stalker, michael david barrett, had err room number and then giving him a room next-door. he recorded her undressing to a peep hole, made nude videos of her posted them on the internet. andrews got emotional when answering lawyers questions today. >> the thing that hit home for me and hurts me the worse when girls high school, college, say except for the marriott stalker thing. >> it doesn't get better. >> her stalker was convicted in 2010, and spent more than two years in prison. but, andrews says, the damage

two people shot police say violence happened between two families living in an apartment 3900 block of percy street argument escalated, bullet started flying, two men shot one in critical condition. >> they saw that there was signs of a violent struggle. they saw three knives on the hallway floor. they saw blood on the floor, blood on the walls a door had been forced off of it hinges, they found broken bottles, broken glass, they also found three spent shell casings from a semiautomatic weapon. >> police say one year old boy was in the apartment during that fight. but luckily he was not hurt that investigation is ongoing by east detectives. >> ice cream truck flips over, see this, causing major traffic jam, in south philly this morning. chopper three over that scene, i95 southbound, near columbus boulevard. another car was involved, as well. we're told that one man was

taken to hahnemann hospital with a injured wrist. no word right now on what cause that accident. there are still delays in that area this noon. >> the government has released the terms of osama bin laden's last will and testament. al quaida leader claimed he had $29 million, and wanted most of the fortune used on jihad. will part of more than 100 documents seized in the may 2011 raid that killed bin laden at his compound in pakistan. he also planned to divide some of his money among his relatives. >> now, a historic concert headed to havana, cuba, the rolling stones have announced they'll play thereon march 25th. now, they are the biggest bands to play cuba since the revolution in 1959. the free concert is expected to draw huge crowds, in a country where the government once persecuted young people for listening to their kind of music, rock music. the concert will come three days after president obama visit havana. coming up here on "eyewitness news", first, we will tell this little boy is

lay snow across the midwest, really only going to end up with some rainout of this, perhaps few rumbles every thunder. now future weather taking you all the way to 10:00 tonight. that's when about give or take an hour or two we start to seat first raindrops falling into our far north and west most suburbs. it will continue into the overnight. and as of the early morning risers, like erika and i, get up, head to work in the morning, we will be dodging wet weather t does look like you will surge have damp roads for at least first part of the morning rush, but the back edge of this is already pushing through, so if this speeds up well enough the majority of the morning drive should be fine. and then we clear out, end up with clouds breaking for some sunshine for the second half of your wednesday. so the timing could be a lot worse, than it really looks like it will be, here's basically just the snapshot view of all of the bullet points, showers developing through the overnight, timing generally, generally, midnight to 7:00 a.m., give or take, depending on location, and it will likely slow specially the earliest morning commuters tomorrow. not talking about much more than maybe half inch, so this could have been a lot worse, but will be a breeze that

picks up. storm two comes along, then, into friday. so as early as thursday night, we see this next disturbance cross by to our south. that put us on the coldest side of the storm. that's where we think we will start to see snow coming in. i would say most of the day friday has chance to see snow. but it would be light. it would be accumulating on unpaved surfaces. where we stand right now, we showed it to you earlier, 59 at the airport, pretty modest breeze for most, say for the folks at the shore, one more glance, at friday, and the overall seven day. friday, is the coldest day of the pack, with some snow showers, that could last any time during the day, mainly a grassy accumulation, but, we may end up with one, 2 inches out of that. on the unpaved surfaces. erika, we send it back over to you. >> katie, thank you. as katie was saying, march 1st it, means february, the end of february, and the end of black history month. but the study and celebration of black history should go on throughout the year and it can, because, one of philadelphia's treasures. joining me now, patricia wilson aiden president and ceo of the african-american museum
