store in rittenhouse. take a look at this surveillance video. the suspects two men and a woman broke in the clothing store at 17th and walnut. they grabbed armed full of clothing and took off in a blue four door vehicle this happened last saturday around 5:00 a.m. police are not sure if that incident in rittenhouse is connected to two other nearby robberies. you will will's remember has month thieves stole $2,000 worth of jeans from the blooming dale's outlet store at liberty place, and before that, thieves also hit the century 21 store on market street. chris christie is standing his ground. the new jersey governor says he will not heed calls for his resignation and says don't worry, he is not being held hostage by donald trump. you may recall this video that has gone viral showing christie some described him as being shell shocked behind the republican front runner. during a news conference to talk about jobs, governor christie spared with the press.

the to work its way toward area right now 31 degrees in kutztown. certainly cold enough for snow. problem with this system is it is mainly off to the south and you can see it is looking disorganize. this is a very fast moving system, progressive pattern as this storm moves east and this storm will eventually become a major, major snowstorm but it will dump snow mainly over atlantic ocean and in the canadian maritime province. this cuts by to the south, light snow could impact our far north and western suburbs. we will get into this here in philadelphia, mainly snow in the city but points to the south and east could see mixing with rain even as we head in the day tomorrow. this will start about midnight tonight and then continue in the early morning hours on your friday, we will time it out in just a moment. i want to show you temperatures much colder then it has been, 38 at the airport. thirty-four in allentown and in trenton. twenty-six in mount pocono. head down to the freezing mark tonight. the with the clouds in place temperatures down drop all that drastically tonight but cold enough for a little bit of snow to break out. the it will start off to the

we have more of the video, we do want to warn you you might find it disturbing. >> reporter: four seconds long, three slaps and kick, this video is now generating nationwide attention, first sent to wjz that shows a uniform police officer shocking interaction with the young man at reese partnership high school in baltimore. in a wider view you can see another officer standing next to the one doing the slapping and kicking, both have been reassigned and what school officials are calling quote a vigorous investigation. the mayor nearly speechless. >> as a parent of a baltimore city school student i was appalled by what i saw, the behavior that was demonstrated on the video is certainry something you never want to see. >> reporter: our sister station wjz has confirmed the chief of city schools police marshall goodwin has been placed on administrative

leave. veteran educator karl perry is the school's chief support officer. >> i saw what appeared to be an act of violence. >> reporter: what we don't know is what happened before, or after the confrontation. but perry, still condemns it. >> no matter what the circumstances are i'm totally appalled, that behavior should never be tolerated and it won't be. >> investigation is going on and i support that investigation because i never want to see anything like that happen again. >> reporter: sources say young man being cursed at, slapped, kicked is a student, but school officials say that they are unsure as they continue to look into this disturbing encounter. that video was shot by a student with the cell phone and still unclear whether the victim was a student at the school. several arrests are made after a smash and grab burglary at the a gun store in texas this video shows the thieves in the violent act, they tied chains, to a truck, to yank the doors right off the front of the stores just like in the movie.

snow right now over portions of northern virginia, and into west virginia, southern ohio, and it will take a little bit of time for this to reach the ground. you can see system looking disorganized here. not your typical shape of the storm and not that perfect comma shape we look for when storms head our way but you can see generally just some light snow and that is what will happen for us as well this storm does eventually intensify into a major storm but it is not our storm. it will intensify out over atlantic ocean and head out over canadian maritime. big storm for nova scotia but not for philadelphia. snow looks like it is moving in rapidly but it takes a little while for that air to moisten up. the it will not start falling until later this evening until just a a few flakes here and there, and lets time it the out. by around nine or 10:00 o'clock we will see that snow moving in the southern sections and by 1:00 a.m. light snow falling throughout the region. still a disconnect with the heavy rain to the south and light snow to the north. watch what happens as the storm moves off the coast. we may see banding, this is an area to watch interior south

jersey a and delaware. they could get close to the 2-inch mark but as that storm moves off the coast it intensifies, look at that heavy snow just off the coast of massachusetts, we beg the question, if the the snow is falling over the ocean, is it falling at all? nobody out there to see it. they have moved that anthem of the the seas out of the way of this one. winter weather advisory means light snow tonight into friday mid morning in the city. could last until the afternoon down the shore. coat to go an inch or two mainly on unpaved surfaces. slow travel, slick spots. use caution in your friday morning commute. we will give you red for your early morning commute friday with that light snow copping down a few slick spots. it will be cold enough for it to stick to back road. by lunchtime the snow end, still use caution, as always and by afternoon commute it looks mainly dry. we are back to the green light. then we will head in the weekend. the cloud increasing saturday. a little weak system slides by to the south, could start sunday morning with light rain or snow shower. that is it with that system. once we get that one out, we will go from chill toy balmy.

three as that system, hinges ever closest to our area we're track something snow. the flakes will be flying starting in the next several hours or so, good evening, i'm ukee washington. hi everyone i'm jessica dean. we will go over to meteorologist kate bilo tracking things from the cbs-3 weather center, kate. >> ukee and jessica we have talk about how march was coming in like a lamb but it was going to switch pretty quickly and here we go we have had a blast of cold air in the past couple of days and now we're talking about some snow. now this luckily for us, it is not aids major system. it is going to form into i major system off the coast but it is just barely too late. i posted a picture on twitter to look at what a close call this is as this storm will really intensify, out over the opened atlantic. for us we're talking about this light, scattered snowfall that you sees moving through portions of ohio in, to west virginia at the moment. this will get in here overnight and expect the first flakes to start falling, between ten and midnight off to our south east and first ban eventually starts to lift
