...one of many pieces in my life. so when my asthma symptoms kept coming back on my long-term control medicine, i talked to my doctor and found a missing piece in my asthma treatment. once-daily breo prevents asthma symptoms. breo is for adults with asthma not well controlled on a long-term asthma control medicine, like an inhaled corticosteroid. breo won't replace a rescue inhaler for sudden breathing problems. breo opens up airways to help improve breathing for a full 24 hours. breo contains a type of medicine that increases the risk of death from asthma problems and may increase the risk of hospitalization in children and adolescents. breo is not for people whose asthma is well controlled on a long-term asthma control medicine, like an inhaled corticosteroid. once your asthma is well controlled, your doctor will decide if you can stop breo and prescribe a different asthma control medicine, like an inhaled corticosteroid. do not take breo more than prescribed. see your doctor if your asthma does not improve or gets worse. ask your doctor if 24-hour breo could be a missing piece for you.

middle. ninety-five south before girard. this is not what we want moving right or left to get around him. i saw him out walking around the truck. whenever we have pedestrians out of the vehicle, you want to be extra careful. that's 95 south before girard. then this accident, 95 south, ramp from academy onto 95. but doesn't lock lick it is causing too many slow downs, make note it is there. vine, eastbound direction, eighth street. looking actually good. it just looks really dark and kind of crumby out there. but we have our eye set construction university city 34th street closed between walnut and spruce. the u penn campus, your alternate 38th street. so more of that coming up in a little bit. but first, we go right over to katie. let's talk about that forecast next week. i hear something is brewing. >> yes, definitely going to start to see that weather change up as we move forward
6:45 am
in the forecast, so again, here is storm storm scan for you still dealing with wintery weather, nice and cold here outside with temperatures generally just below freezing. how much, this is starting to rotate away already. already, however, seen some decent snowfall totals primarily on unpaved surfaces through this, you have darker shades of purple, heavier bands, in other words, of snow coming down. it is starting to really fizzle though. the further northwest you go. so just seeing some flurries say in berks, lehigh county, that's why. but, the snow is going to be tapering off from northeast, northwest i should say, to southeast, with every passing hour here. not here any later, and then down through southern most delaware, so just matter of time folks. take a quick peak at eyewitness weather watcher network observations we're finding, seeing about an inch right now, sally sent this in from wilmington. not a lot. mostly unpaved surfaces so i call this big fat headache more than anything, you're at havening philadelphia, comes in to us from john, margo
6:46 am
buena vista township got .9 inches so far, merchantville, where rally is located only quarter of an inch. just isn't a lot. lynn sent the picture, in basically what you will come across when you walk out the door. not on the roads, anything unpaved. seeing that accumulation take place here, and that came into us from lynn, she is out in cherry hill. countdown on, to spring, officially daylight saving time gets underway in nine days from now, spring, and the philadelphia union home opener just 16 days away so just shy of two weeks from now, home opener underway in chester, then average high up to 60 in just 31 short days. looking ahead to the eyewitness weather seven day forecast, okay, here we go. you want a taste of spring? here you have it. check it out. we go from seeing the issue with the snow now to temperatures that are spiking all the way to 70 degrees next week, so, does it get better than that? i mean, at lows nice little trade off for you. you guys all know how big after union fan i am.
6:47 am
so the excitement obviously starting to build for soccer fans, myself included and this sunday is when philadelphia union actually is kicking off season home opener or season open nerve dallas, and maurice, mid fielder for our union, and captain, here to give us insides into how the team is preparing for the big game. thanks so much for waking up early. i saw you tweeting in the we hours of the morning so thanks forgetting up. >> thanks, so anxious to be here. >> eager and anxious perhaps. let's talk about the excitement for you and the team as we are getting so close to the beginning of the season here? >> yes, big time for us i think. a chance to casino of have a fresh start for the club. >> new, new leadership on both sides of the page, whether in the business side, then also the playing side. casino every like we finally have a home base. the addition of the bethlehem field, the view, the new team, joining our family, like feeder club in some ways, gives chance for the academy team to transition into the first team. so we've kind of established the foundation for this club.
6:48 am
and now it is about going out there on the pitch and doing business there. >> unfortunately we know you are injured and won't be on the pitch this weekend, but we know you are obviously a leader just being captain period, but also head coach jim curtain that he has seen you all the time, wrapping arm around a younger player, got very young squad this year. talk about how your leadership place a role in rallying the troops with the young squad. >> for me i just try to do the things that guys did to me when was a younger kid. unfortunately getting older. >> oh, stop. still younger than me, buddy. >> but that experience in some ways has helped me, still going into that role. but i just try to, you know, guide guys, help people along the way. just pason any kind of information i can, obviously not playing right now, but you can still be a vocal point and help the guys around the pitch. >> yes. and we did miss the playoffs the last year. how do we get there this year? >> i think we've done a lot in the off season. added good pieces to the team, rookies come in done very well for themselves, not just making them numbers, look to go start to compete.
6:49 am
i feel like we have a lot more depth this year. and i that i will go a long way with injuries, suspensions, things like that, and that last stretch, zero toward the end of the season, depth, and just having able people to play will go a long way for us. >> real quickly, mls major league soccer still gaining steam in the united state. how do you keep it moving forward in the momentum to gather more, your support for the sport? >> i think doing all of the right things. we've developed fan base that is are passionate. you see rivalry between different fan bases and it goes a long way, a tracking more and more i guess would you say non-soccer fans, which is key for us. then i think the success that our national team as well, goes a long way, america is a country that lovers winners. so national team doing well, there will be more and more people attracted to the game. >> always a spike it seems around world cup time, right? there always s hey, led's right the momentum. speaking every bigger fan base, i'm obviously very, very big fan as women. i came actually to my last
