"eyewitness news" reporter jan carabeo is live at the cbs-3 sat center. good morning, jan. >> good morning, rahel. yep, they were going back and forth on number of issues. but we did see one topic that had both of these candidates in agreement. and that was the flint water crisis issue. now, that topic has been dominating the campaign trails in recent weeks, first, with republicans last week, now last night, with the democrats. >> debating in flint to head of michigan primary tuesday, vermont senator bernie sanders, and hillary clinton, both had harsh words for michigan governor rick snyder. >> i believe the governor of this state should understand that his derelection of duty was irresponsible. he should resign. >> i agree. the governor should resign or be recalled. >> snyder took to social media as the debate was still going to respond.

so as long as we're south of this front, we stay on the warm side, this high pressure area, that's key, as long as it is off shore on the back side of the high. we get nice south to southwest wind flow. that bridges in warmer air. that high pressure area just stays anchored off shore, for several days, so that's why we're protected from any storms, lots of sunshine in the forecast, warm temperatures. look at today. well to the 50's, maybe even 60 the further you are from the atlantic ocean, berks county, and then tomorrow close to 70 degrees over a lot of locations even into the mountains, cracking into the lower six off's, easy, no problems. potential record on wednesday, 74, our forecast, record high of 73. mid 70s once again thursday, close to the record of 76. today though it is a mild afternoon, enjoy it, high of 59 degrees. and hopefully we can enjoy road conditions this morning, if things are quiet. how is it looking out there? >> you know, just starting to heat up right now, justin, good morning, everyone, happy monday to youment take a look her, where we did have disable

mini-van leaking fuel, off many ramp blocking one lane since cleared. you can see volume levels certainly starting to build. now take a look at this, this is where i want to pull your attention, overturned vehicle, we have report of ejection and entrapment with this accident here. the schuylkill eastbound, past montgomery, two right lanes, possibly more, sometimes soon here being blocked. this is going to be very very slow moving. you can see, sometimes you are not even moving, seeing vehicles literally stop, right now, when we take a lock at the back up, take a look at this the schuylkill before montgomery. so the accident just ahead here just past montgomery blocking those lanes, and this is the back up already, before montgomery. yikes. if you can avoid this right now, you certainly want to. because they're not going anywhere. not only volume levels here now, but you are going have that insane gaper delay as you pass an accident of that nature. so, make note of that. also, we do have hit-and-run, the boulevard northbound past cottman. activity is on the shoulder.

good morning, and speaking of word play, a controversy, cbs news correspondent, tells us usa today's crossword editor being accused of plagiarism. >> down right dirty and across the board unethical. puzzle lovers algorism spells trouble for usa today's crossword editor, timothy parker. a data base of 53,000 published puzzles, shows at least 60 edited by parker borough seemingly directly from the new york times. parker titled this one dare to compare. we did. and the same theme, same order, two identical clues, as a times puzzle from 1997. edited by will shotz. >> it can take a puzzle maker as much time to come up with a good fresh theme to write the clues. so to borough or take someone
