>> i lover math. >> good morning, happy tuesday, looking in king of prussia, this is what you are looking at, 202 taillights northbound direction at the schuylkill, looking good, both directions even westbound, eastbound doesn't matter looking real nice in king of prussia right now. make note of that. blue route headlight moving in the southbound direction, at ridge pike. this is where we are slowly starting to see levels build, as we push further into the 5:00 hour on the blue route. 422 headlights eastbound direction near valley forge, both moving in the eastbound and westbound direction. we have some early risers now starting to hit our roadways, make note of that. a lot of headlight, taillights. where we had one of the first accidents of the morning, it is not yet cleared in camden. of 76 southbound before collings avenue on the shoulder and also another accident this morning, an overturned vehicle, two lanes block now, 295 southbound before route 130, make note of this, because if you have to take this area any time soon it is starting to heat up right now. erika, back over to you. >> meisha, thank you. they are saying it was a miracle, no one was killed.

california officials are saying that after commuter train jumped the tracks then plunge intoed creek last night. jan carabeo monitoring these developments for us in the satellite center so glad no one was killed in this, jan, good morning. >> good morning, 14 people are recovering today injured when their tape derailed just about 45 miles east of san francisco. now, that crash sent first car of the train into swollen creek, that forced emergency responders to rescue passengers from fast moving current. the ace number ten computer train traveling from san jose to stockton monday night when fallen tree reportedly derailed the first two cars. passengers relieved to walk away from the crash, family recalled confusion at the moment of the impact. >> that part, it can get little rock i anyway. at first it felt kind of like that. then after split second you realize, no, this was something a lot more serious. >> rich howell in a second car

derailed but remained upright. he and other made their way to the front car on its side and partially submerged in the creek's water. >> i wasn't sure if we were going to turn over or not. as soon as i knew we were stable, started listening for the screams, people were crying for help. >> get them out the rear door quite a ways off the grounds at that point in time. >> crews fought fast moving current to pull pass inning tears safety. >> front rail car partially submerged so we had to get in there and get wet. >> the water was cold, dark, merky, very scary scenario for the passengers on board. >> 214 people were on board at the time of the accident. authorities say it is a miracle no one was killed. >> we have no fatalities, i wasn't to point that out, 14 people have been injured. ten minor, four more serious. >> now the uninjured passengers were busted to their destination, there is cents no service on this line

today as investigators try to determine exactly what caused this crash. erika, back into you. >> jan carabeo, thanks for the update. new jersey state police are investigating a accident in gloucester county, that seriously injured one of their troopers. >> chopper three over i295 at west depford. trooper wag standing outside his patrol car investigating a two car accident when police say a car in the southbound lanes struck him. trooper suffered serious head injuries. right now, 5:36. and in your business news this morning, international women's day is in the spotlight and the dow is on a roll. let's check in with money watch jill wagner up at the stock exchange, jill, good morning. >> good morning, erika, could the dow rally for six days in a row yesterday, climbed another 67 points, nasdaq still fell about eight. shares of energy companies are surging as the price of oil hits three month high. now trading at $40 a barrel. that is 40% jump since last month.

happening today catherine knock will be back in court to reconsider her sentence, serving five to ten months in jail for her role in brutal attack on gay couple in center city. her lawyer calls the sentence excessive, and instead, would like her to get probation and record a public service announcement on tolerance. her two co-defendant, pleaded guilty, and received probation. new charges for a chester county man accused of sexually abuse ago young girl, one of which is attempted murder. prosecutors say, douglas cohen fired shots through the window that far little girl's home in downingtown. investigators say the child was on the couch watching it. v on sunday whether those

bullets just missed her. shots also went through a second home, no one was hurt. that is a tremendous act of violence, really designed to frighten the daylight out of the child. >> now in addition to attempted murder cohen is also charged with witness intimidation. check this out, some surveillance video right here. police are still looking to that customer wanted for shooting a worker at the church's chicken restaurant, north broad sunday night. that customer got into fight with 19 year old work here was cleaning some tables. that is when we're told he pulled out gun and fire three shot, hitting that worker's brother who also was employed at the restaurant. we checked and that victim is in stable condition. police are still searching for that shooter. >> now to dramatic video showing front seat view what it is like to plummet over a ramp on i95. some dash cam video here from inside a miami city garbage truck. the driver hit a concrete barrier, and then over

corrected, falling 75 feet. the truck landed on two park cars, miraculously that driver who was not wearing a seatbelt, despite, that still not hurt. he was cited for careless driving. got to buckle up, folks. >> more careless driving this time now, 15-foot tree stuck in the front grill after car, never seen something like this before, happened back in january, rosell, illinois. mr. police department just released these images hoping to deter people from drinking and driving, something they say this driver was charged with doing. the car also traveling on the wrong site of the road before stopping. the driver told police she hit the tree, somewhere, but she could not remember exactly where. on your health watch this morning, medical breakthrough for the first time in the u.s. doctors transplant an uterus to a woman. cbs news correspondent weijia jiang reports it is lead to go new hope for women who are not able to have children.

warmest temperature this morning, cherry hill, we're in the lower had's, also, in charles chats words, 45 degrees. cool start to the morning, sun this afternoon, starts warming us up, starting to think spring, and we got the spring countdown, five days until daylight saving time begins. a lot of people don't like losing the hour of sleep but keep in mind sun will be setting after 7:00 sunday. just 12 days until spring officially arrives. twenty-six days until we average 60 degrees for high temperature, forget that, we will be in the 70s all week long, then 33 days until the phillies home opener. pretty quiet this morning, maybe a sprinkle or two, berks county this morning, actually the warmer air in the upper atmosphere. other than that just partly cloudy skies through the morning, into the afternoon, but just locked into a nice quiet weather pattern, high pressure pretty much situated across the eastern mid-atlantic. >> so just left with some sunshine, maybe few clouds

one of the areas that heats up in the 5:00 hour. if you are thinking about hitting 95, any time soon, sitting in your home thinking, wondering about it, you are in great company. right now. that will change so get out there if possible. new jersey had two freeway northbound, looking good, but obviously another area starting to heat up. fairly typical what we normally see as we push toward 42 freeway in jersey looking good towards 295, heating up. this is where we have an accident this morning, overturned vehicles, 295 southbound before route 130, two lanes are still block here. that will slow you down little bit. then also we do have the accident in camden, 676 southbound before collings avenue. this is pulled all the way off to the shoulder. won't cause too many slow downs in that area, erika, over to you. >> thank you, all right show, question for you, are you washing your clothes the right way? who knew there was one? everything you thought you new just might be wrong. the new spin on laundry to help get your clothes the cleanest.
