katie outside on the skydeck, and meisha watching your commute. >> good morning, tgif. katie was joking with lauren, normally, don't want to be out on the skydeck. these day i would love to be out there. so how is it feeling outside? >> it actually feels really comfortable, yes, feeling like spring, and as you say that i felt the most tiny raindrop on my hand. we still do have little hint every moisture out there to work with with the latest cold front, still neck likely going through the area, might finds couple of damp road. nos a -- it is not a day that needs an umbrella, but you have couple of light showers still scattered about the area radar, all from this, our latest cold front, continues to cross through the region. do you see how it is starting to fizzle away? it doesn't have ton of moisture to work with as it is. but what it does have is the chill that will start to settle in. now i use the word chill sort of half hazardly t won't turn out to be cold day at all, certainly cooler by comparison to what we saw yesterday.

"eyewitness news" reporter justin finch joining us now at septa's frankford transportation center with the latest information on this. justin, good morning. >> erika, good morning, the search is on for the man and the woman police say that he forced into the back seat of his car, all eyes right now are on the bus. this is the bus that woman was on at just about 2:00 this morning, this bus was stopping at roosevelt boulevard and langdon, that's whether the septa driver we are told noticed he was being tailed by a silver pontiac grand am, or grand prix. the man got out of that car, and began screaming at the bus, also, banking on that bus there where you see the glass. we're told that may have been the area where that woman was sitting at the time of this incident. let's take you now to video,

that area has since been dusted for prints. police say the woman was screaming on the bus that this man is crazy, the man again tried getting on a second time about four, five blocks down when this man cut the actual bus off in the middle of the road. the man then got out of the car then got inside the bus. he grabbed that woman as she exit dollars, and began punching her in the face and head several times, and then forced her to the back seat of his car. now, what we know about the car at this hour is that the silver or dark silver grand am or grand prix or grand am car, and also, has temporary delaware tags. the problem has been because those tags are not a hard match, they can't run them and match them to any particular state. they're having hard time pinpoint that car, so police want us all to be on the look-out for this vehicle, a dark silver or silver grand am, or grand prix, pontiac, also, this man is described as a black male, slender build

down sound -- south, record rain. >> looking at the hi, some of the doppler estimate, some of the rainfall that that area has seen, and it is so incredibly excessive. >> absolutely. >> yes, it is really really difficult to watch from the video obviously, let's go on out to the maps here. show you exactly how much they've seen down toward the shreveport area. when you start to lose colors on the map, you know you're dealing with incredible rainfall rate. and this is over the last 72 hours, or so, but we are talking inches upon inches, even, over a foot worth of rain. a foot worth of rain falling in that short amount of time. >> massive flooding. now, looking at storm scan3, nice wide zoom we very quickly touch on the fact we have coal front here. we will get to. that will continue to see the excessive moisture being drawn in around the area, developing low pressure because of that incredible rainfall rates through louisianna, mississippi, will lead to major flooding too, down through some of the
