not precipitation out there at the radar site. that is what you are finding. you'll see things clear out. you don't have to worry about wet weather but we have patches of fog early developing, so you have to watch out for that especially traveling in the valley regions near riverbeds and that might be worse before it the gets better, of course, that sun coming up later then it has in recent mornings. we have got time before that will get out. we have a chill in the air, a lot of locations registering in the 30's right new but we are expecting that eventually once that sunrisees that temperatures have a chance to spike readily. we will call it partly sunny overall but 68 degrees is our expect high, and later on today just a quick shower across the a area through. warmer day ahead. the st. patrick's day likely to actually be celebrating on the radar because we might have a little green to track by that point. we will do that, track it later in the show but as we had alluded to will we be dealing with the wintry start

student with dealing lsd from a dorm room. suspect in this case is john vis theor, police were a a less he had when a student was reported missing at valley forge national park on saturday night after, using lsd. >> we have a zero tolerance for anyone who deals in illegal substance on campus, and they will in longer be on campus. >> on february 15th, another student justin yen was arrested and additional lsd was found in his dorm room. search is on for masked gunman responsible for string of violent robberies in north philadelphia. we have surveillance video right here of those robberies. first one was march 2nd at the silver star kitchen on vernon road. the suspect forced two people waiting for their food to the ground and then robbed them. then on march 14th the suspects broke in the grocery store on chelten avenue and then a assaulted a worker before robbing the store. >> very dangerous situation,

trucking away here, the storm system over northern illinois, you can make out the frontal boundary as we trace the cloud back over central plains here but this area have low pressure will bypass us to the north but trailing front are what are going to eventually be bringing us our next run of wet weather. we are looking at a couple showers in the next couple of days, guys but it will help send our temperatures on the up and downhill climb here for the next few days. for now warm day on tap, but by the time we will hit sun take, official beginning of the spring no less, we have got shot to end up with a little bit of wet snow. here's the scenario, basically two ways to go. there could be a system that deathly bypasses us. the other option is it will clip us here f that were to pan out it looks like a p.m. sunday into relevant i monday morning event and that means that because of the colder side of the storm, temperatures likely get cold enough we could see some wet snow mixing in. i don't think you'll talk

there all over the place. this is what we are dealing with on some areas. we can see fog developing at 309 past the turnpike. we could than dealing with visability down to a half a mile in some spots, maybe less than that, at least traffic is flowing good here but beware of that, depending on where you are especially near delaware river or delaware bay, we could find thicker fog. weak go to the the blue route here 476 past broomall here. headlights are north bound looking okay. and in problems here. really throughout the entire region as far as traffic is going. we have construction zones that are being cleared. vine street expressway both directions, east and westbound, looking pretty smooth this morning. we will take you out to 202, north bound here approaching 29, headlights here, again, speeds are running good at the speed limit here. there is the speed map at 55 miles an hour on 476, schuylkill expressway, looking good inbound and outbound into new jersey, 75 miles an hour speeds as 295, turnpike, also in good shape. head up again patco speed line

there is trouble in the water in newark, new jersey schools and now thousands of students will be tested for lead poisoning. officials found dangerous levels of lead in the drinking water in 30 different schools. starting this week the district will test 17,000 students to see if they are affect. old pipes in the aging buildings are blamed for spike in levels. the news has left many parents on edge. >> so, of course, we wanted to find out if everything was
