a horrible, case of animal cruelty, that horse is being nursed back to health at a chester county farm after getting pelted by paint balls. how the abuse was uncovered and what makes this cruel act even more deplorable. first though don't be surprised if you see some fog when you head out the door this morning, kate lets you know how long it will stick around and when you will need that rain gear. that fog you saw affecting the commute too, right. >> visibility less than a half mile in some spots. >> yes. >> overall traffic still light early in the game. >> but perks of leaving for work at 5:30 in the morning. >> no sun glare either at this point. you said it, there is a a

now search is on for suspect and also that horse's owner. she helped get the 20 year-old horse help after discovered abandoned inside this new holland barn. >> i have been going there 25 years and never in my life seen anything quite like this. at first i thought did someone paint this horse to look like an easter egg but then i realized it was paint ball. >> reporter: lancaster spca is investigating, the search is on for owner and people responsible for hurting the horse. veterinarians say she was shot from all side and along with those injuries vets say she's brian in one eye and may lose the other due to an ulcer. >> have time you can tell she's uncomfortable. >> reporter: horse's caretakers has nicknamed her lily since she was fund so close to easter. >> your heart goes out to this poor animal, hoping she will recover, right. >> reporter: experts say that she's in intensive care right the now, isolation but she should recover and expect to be there for a couple weeks. >> hopefully they catch whoever did this, thanks much.

carolina and ohio. clinton now has about 23rd of the delegates needed to clinch the democratic nomination, clinton's rival bernie sanders has released a statement congratulating clinton on perfect victories. new jersey governor chris christie under fire for campaigning for donald trump is defending himself over missing a state trooper a's funeral. on money was on stage with trump in north carolina. the state trooper's union criticized the governor for not attending the trooper of sean cullen. he died last week last week. the governor explain his absence. >> last week, well before i even was invited, to come on monday and campaign with donald trump, lieutenant governor and i decided that she would attend the funeral. if i had been in the state yesterday, michael, i was planning to go to the ground breaking event in essex county. >> just before starting his presidential campaign, governor christie attend aid trooper funeral. since then he has missed two.

we saw harrison ford return to star in star wars as hans solo and now ford is returning to another most famous rolls, ford's grabbing his hat and whip for one more go round to play indiana jones in the the new adventure. he is back with director steven speilberg. the movie does not have a title yet but it is due out in theaters in 2019 for it. the ford will be 77 years old when that movie comes out but oh, so exciting, i love that series. remember this lady, 100 year-old woman who danced with the obama's at the white house and captured our hearts. now virginia is now 107 and celebrating her birthday with a couple of other high profile friend. virginia medicine up with the home of the harlem globetrotters, still working those moves. she's showing off her game
