yale problems. they have one good free throw shooter in makai mason. i expect them to allow mason to catch the ball on the run and not be double teamed. don't pass it into the corners. allow him to get freedom of movement and get other guys involved. >> len: i am recognizing this is a one second difference between the shot clock and the game clock. if i am baylor, take no chances. this is the time to extend the game. i might try for a quick steal. the guy you don't want to foul is mason. you double him and allow somebody else to come the ball and foul them. >> ian: baylor was in this position before. one years ago georgia state pulled off the upset. a number 14 seed. they defeated scott drew and the baylor bears 57-56 in jacksonville. this is all new for james jones

favorites in the ivy league. they roland to the title. then they carried the momentum right into the ncaa tournament. with a win over the baylor bears. it's a 12 seed knocking off a 5. we have seen a lot of these celebrations for the 12 seed. bure elation for james jones. the 52-year-old head coach of the yale bulldogs. long island native. played in albany. didn't get to play in an ncaa tournament. now he has coached in one and has an ncaa tournament win. >> chris: coach told these guys i have not won one. his team repaid him. we will win one for you. that's the best feeling you could have as a player in the locker room. win a game no one thought you could win except the guys in the room with you. >> ian: yale advances. 79-75 win over the baylor bears. tournament games continue on

sports director don bell will have march madness action in just a few minutes. how about yale. i tell you. we will begin with the potential for severe weather. storms could bring heavy rain and damaging wind to the region in time for evening rush. meteorologist lauren casey joins us now to break it all down, lauren. >> ukee, we already did have a severe thunderstorm warning an hour ago but activity is starting to diminish. the as we a approach sunset even further will we see this activity wind down. storm scan three showing us some spotty showers and a few thunder showers around but nothing right now, is severe. even rainfall intensity on the moderate side then heavy sides but part of the southern new jersey seeing rain through pemberton and lumberton and tabernacle seeing maryland rate rain. the this is all moving eastbound and we will see these spotty showers and thunderstorms. we can even see the storms flare up over about the next hour but again as we head closer to sunset, closer to the 7:00 o'clock hour this activity the is going to wind down a as we lose that day time heating, future weather

under demolition in olde city. a wall came crashing down in a school bus was simply in the raining place at the wrong time. "eyewitness news" reporter anita oh is at fifth and race with what happened, anita. >> reporter: ukee, luckily all of the kid on that school bus were dropped off moments before this accident but what happened here today is raising concerns about safety around construction zones. for five years, bus driver spent spencer reynold has been shuttling kid from the souderton school district president on thursday when school bus 168, that served as a shield from all of this. >> i sawdust a and that was it. >> reporter: officials say 9:00 thursday morning crew where is working to demolish the former whitman's check late factory at corner of fifth and race street when chunks of the falling debris hit the bus while reynold was driving by. >> four or five or six windows are busted in, frames inside, glass all over the seeds, stone across the steering wheel. >> reporter: debris from the

building hit a tree, hit a light post, which then hit the bus which fortunate thely was empty. >> reporter: it hadn't been moment prior. >> kid, gotten off the bus 20 or 30 seconds later everybody heard a big boom, to our back, we turned around, and we saw half of the building, that was gone out of that. >> reporter: david hyman were part of the group of elementary school students and parents who had been dropped off at the national constitution sent's cross the street. >> that building right there is right next to the street, and if they are demolishing it i don't understand why they wouldn't close that street off. >> reporter: once that bus pulled around the corner. >> they have one barricade there, you know, in fact, they were, directing us to the left, just down further, and just off to the sidewalks. >> reporter: concern is there is not more safe guard in place after had that deadly building collapse at that salvation army store in 2013.

all right. how about one, lucky, dog, a german shepherd lost at sea is found alive, five weeks later. >> luna was spotted tuesday on san clemente island a navy training base off the coast of california. the 18 month-old dog difficulties a appeared february 10th from a fishing both the both 2 miles from the the island, and with her owner's search turning up empty he he called navy insisting luna was a good swimmer and probably made it to sure. >> we did not find her, and i think that she was just down on the beach and her coloring blend in perfectly.

we are still dealing with some spotty showers but as we move toward sunset in the next hour, hour and a half this activity will start to wind down. but what to expect this evening? some spotty showers over the next couple of hours, mainly first half of the evening. the isolated thunderstorm is still possible, but, again a lot of this activity is after we lose heating of the day, after sunset it will wind down but watch out for slick spots on the roadways, over the next couple of hours. temperatures right the now we had another mild day climbing in the 60's in philadelphia, we are back at 58 degrees right now, rain cooled air, 56 in allentown, still up at 60 in millville. we will keep it the fairly mild as we head in the day tomorrow to cap off the workweek. windy conditions, though, some really gusty wind heading into tomorrow afternoon and ushering in some cold in the upcoming weekend. first day of spring is on sunday but we are watching a winter storm that could bring us some measurable snow fall. we will talk more about that threat coming up in a couple minutes, jessica.
