behind me shoulder you can see what is left of what happened just a few hours ago today. you mentioned it happened at 2:00. we will get video to show you what it looked like a after this happened. now, there was a funeral that happened here earlier today, that some folks were having a reception for the person that passed away this afternoon to celebrate her life. we're told that is when at 2:00 o'clock this was a woman driving the car, four people inside, including her, drove inside the side of the wall there, and at that point, emergency crews were on probably around five minutes later, but nobody was seriously hurt. we spoke to the lawnside fire chief who was one of the first on the scene, lets take a listen. >> we had to remove the driver, sorry, passenger vehicle during the accident. we had to cut her out of the vehicle. they were trapped.

hearing today philadelphia's water commissioner defended the cities water quality and practices. and estimated 50 to 60,000 properties in the city of lead service lines that could cause contamination. she admitted many homeowners are unaware. >> need to improve public education and we're opening to suggestions on how to do that and how you to get word out if you have lead in your plumbing, there is certain precautions thaw should take. >> lead is far from just a philadelphia problem. a 2015 new jersey department of environmental protection report shows 37 water systems in that state with elevated lead and copper violations. a philadelphia police officer is recovering from a crash in kensington, chopper three over the scene on c and east somerset streets, police say crash happened while the 24th district officer was respond to go a foot pursuit just after 1:00 this have afternoon. in one else was hurt. police are looking for the men who robbed a little caesars in southwest

philadelphia. surveillance shows suspect loitering outside waiting for employees to lock up. then they entered and forced within of the work tours open up the safe. one of the men hits employee on the head with the handgun. they got a hundred dollars in cash and then took off. and then the woman seen in this february surveillance video is charged with burglary and criminal trespass. police say 29 year-old sarah higgins stole money from a book sale at st. martha's school and being try on academy road. higgins was originally wanted for questioning and then arrested yesterday morning after she was stopped for investigation in port richmond. president obama continues his historic trip to cuba, meeting with the country's president raul castro in had van a the two leaders took questions from reporters, castro pushed back against president owe bam's call for greater human rights and democracy. he also called for an end to the trade embargo against cuba president obama talk about the need for cuba to open up its economy to private enterprise.

the president's visit to cuba has drawn both praise and condemnation depending on who you ask. well, drones could soon be banned from pennsylvania's state game land. the state gaming commission is reportedly considering the ban because of several incidents, most likely people trying to take photos. but officials say that the drones are interfering with wild life, and namely, migrating bird. they fear drones will spook the birds and alter their migration. lancaster on line reports that the ban could receive preliminary a travel early april. one drone reportedly flew too close to this eagles nest. the this is live web cam video of the nest in hanover, york county, pennsylvania. eagles have two eggs in their nest and the male and female take turns one sitting on the eggs and protecting them, the other hunting for food. experts say the bald eagle eggs could hatch very soon, once we have a look at eagle, chicks will be sure to show them to you. >> it is fun to watch. >> i was obsessed with this all day long, just checking in, yes. >> new at 6:00 south jersey boy in the fight of his life

gets a chance to fulfill his dreams. >> "eyewitness news" reporter walt hunter is in gloucester township with more on how that little boy's wish came true, walt. >> reporter: well, it is so tough to be a seven year-old little boy in kindergarten student fighting cancer but yet, little li a.m. lindsey's mother says every day on his way to kindergarten he would ask to be driven past police station here in gloucester township because some day he dreamed of being a police officer. and today, in a very, very special ceremony, that little boy's dream came true. with sirens and solutes, gloucester township's newest and by far youngest ever police office's arrived to be sworn in, first, limping in his new police car over his spider man shirt before taking the oath of office. >> congratulations today. >> applause. >> reporter: seven year-old lie am lindsey now officer officer liam lindsey surprise that had his home, was taken
