roads are looking good, looking nice and quiet. no accidents to report, which is always great news. just some construction, overall, katie, i think the buzz is the heating up we're starting to feel. what's going snob. >> definitely warming one time here. today actually the beginning of nice little warming trends, so we should actually evening out overall pretty seasonable day, probably even little milder than average, by few degrees, but really the good stuff, if you are a fan of that spring-like warmth, comes tomorrow and the day beyond that point. march so far, we sort of take a look at tallies for the month so far. temperatures p .3 degrees above their average, we have still at this point even despite some snow that came through over the weekend have only 1 inch of snow to report at philadelphia international airport, that is, but our highest temperature hit 82 degrees, lowest temperature dipped well below freezing into the two's. so you can have a lot of extremes this time of year. storm scan3, nothing extreme. it is very tame, very calm and collected, we don't have too much wind out there right now, that always helps. temperatures at the moment, generally at or just slightly

very busy yesterday. we can anticipate it will get very busy again today. for the most part things looking good. nine at south past cottman, also looking good, one of the areas i'll keep my eye on, however. we know that 95 moving in the southbound direction is no joke. monday through friday. so we will keep our eye on this, right now a lot of early risers out, there obviously still traveling at posted speeds. do have construction project, pa turnpike, willow grove, bensalem, two lanes blocked in the area. make note that far that can slow you down coming up in a little bit. another update coming up in about 15 minutes, ladies, over to you. >> all right, meisha, thank you. and more now on our breaking news, several people are reported dead following multiple explosions in brussels. the first at a crowded airport. >> "eyewitness news" reporter justin finch following these development from the news center. justin, what's the latest? >> good morning, there are reports of mass casualties at least ten deaths this morning, the details remain fluid. what we know so far, cbs news is reporting at least two

blasts going off in the airport, now being called suicide bombings. then word of at least one other blast at a subway station, all flights to the airport have been canceled, or diverted. and all train service is now shutdown. this is video circulating on social media showing scores of people running from the airport. this was about 8:00 a.m. in brussels, 3:00 a.m. our time. you will see many airport window panels blown out, and smoke rising in the distance. early reports are two explosions going off in the departure area of the airport, inside hundreds of concerned passengers filed out. many looking dazed as they exit the airport, where staff moved quickly to evacuate passengers. this happened reportedly at peak travel time for the airport, and then an hour later came reports after train blast at the molenbeek airport. raised terror alert to high to maximum in the wake of the explosions all comes after

"eyewitness news" spoke to attorney rich nagrin whose father bass killed in in 1979 by radical cuban group. while not everyone in his family supports normalizing relations, he says he does. >> i always kind of look at everything through the prism of what he would think, how he would feel about the changes and the opening of relations,

whatever. >> we have update on breaking news, deadly airport explosion in belgium. there are reports now of at least 13 people dead, and dozens of others injured. the blast happened around 8:00 a.m. their time, at the brussels international airport. all flights in and out of brussels had been canceled, and that includes a flight that was supposed to leave for philadelphia. the city's metro system is also shutdown after reports of an explosion inside their subway. in just a little bit, phone lines will open for our seventh annual ronald mcdonald house charity telethon. could you say, we're showing our stripes here in support of this great charity. >> special day. but it is not just about "eyewitness news", as "eyewitness news" reporter nicole brewer shows us, she introduces you to very special police officer whose personal journey helping spread the

eventually a front that crosses through, but not going to worry about that for couple of days. for now just call it either sunny or partly sunny, for the next few days. if you can see why. i mean, virtually nothing to see here folks. basically, east of the rocky mountains, a-okay here with high pressure on our side. and when it is on your side you typically end up with fair weather, exactly what this forecast has up its sleeve. warmer pattern as a result with the high starting to basically just migrate identification. and remember, with high pressure in the northern hemisphere, you get clockwise rotation around it. so, what's going to happen is any cool air that had been in place, gets shoved off to the north, see ya, wouldn't want to be you, off into canada, we can expect to see the southerly component to the win flow sends the temperatures on uphill climb. fifteen, 20 degrees above average. yesterday awfully blustery, that's now no long area problem. we start to see the calm showing up here in millville, dover, reading, and somewhat haphazard with the wind flow, more than anything, more out of the west. that will shift, as women. starts to turn more

southwesterly, that wind flow. then even thousand southwest winds flow it, doesn't mean it will be a windy day, just means, that's where the air mass starts to come in from. so we ends up giving you a minus for the school day forecast. the only rena minus, chilly to start the day, breeze no longer major concern, looking at sunshine, couple of clouds, milder afternoon, shooting for 57 degrees on the thermometer we should hit, and then low 70s for two straight days, both wednesday and thursday. thursday night into friday, though, next cold front comes along. that will trigger some showers thursday night into friday morning specifically, and then skies should start to clear, we kick off our easter holiday weekends on pretty nice note, meisha. >> we are loving the forecast, thanks so much, katie. good morning, everyone, happy tuesday to you. waking up bright and early, and in the traffic department nice and quiet, good this morning, no accidents to report. this is a lock at the blue route northbound approaching the schuylkill, looking good in both directions coming back out of the way so you can see both directions looking nice and quiet.
