and meisha, good morning. >> good morning, happy wednesday. >> bulk of construction. we will touch on that in a moment. >> weather looks awesome. i know, finally. yeah, you guys can do that. we are off to a chilly start but it is quiet. barely even a wind out there. looking at storm scan three and totally empty like what we will show you right the now this is good stuff. we like it like this it bode well will for day ahead. we will continue to track basically the high pressure for the next couple of days, a and what that will do is allow temperatures to start gradually increasing with time. as day progresses expect full sunshine. for now we will expect a freeze warning that last until 8:00 this morning for far northwestern suburbs. all point north and west of that is where we have a freeze warning in addition there is a frost advisory down across south interior new jersey which i will will show you later in the broadcast. thinks where we stand temperature wise, chilly but still so calm.

back on "eyewitness news", we have incredible video for you, a crane, collapsed, while moving a 70-pound airplane. it happened sunday at an airport in india. the 200-ton crane was moving an a320 for a training exercise when it slammed to the ground. we're told air india jet was empty at the time and no one was hurt, so, lucky there. we're also getting a look at home surveillance video from south jersey. it looks like something straight out of home alone. check this out, two men broke in the home in upper pittsgrove salem county yesterday. they were greeted by home owner's dogs. dogs sniffed around but men still walk right in. later, the men were surprised by the home owner's voice who addressed them directly after seeing them on the remote device. men ended uptaking off but they got the away with some jewelry. more surveillance video from the recycling business in

state. however, high pressure is setting up and what happens is it act as a blocking mechanism. with that you get clockwise flow around the northern hemisphere. that will send these disturbances around our area. they will just bypass us. it is a ramp taking off for highway that takes you around like a business route kind of a thing. gradually all that can happies not only quiet weather but nice warming trend that comes with it. we will call this omega block fancy name because it looks like an omega for high pressure to limit any kind of a, again, disturbance that can push through our area. today, beautiful. very modest breeze. 60 degrees. the very pleasant. tonight we will be clear, chilly granted but 40 degrees for the low. not bad. light win. not terrible. and every passing day, right through sunday and even monday gets warmer, and warmer, and warmer, notice sun just keeps on coming. i love boring weather, patterns. it makes my job easier and you

verizon workers tops this morning's headlines on cbs-3. workers handled land lines and cable, not cell phones. they have been without a contract since last august. verizon says it has non-union workers ready to step in. tonight regina price will be the first african-american police chief in darby township delaware county. the price joins the darby department after 29 years with the riveria beach, florida police department. lower merion native and nba superstar kobe bryant will play in his final game tonight, tickets for the game between kobe's lakers and utah jazz in l.a. are going for up to $5,000, on a ticket web site, stub hub. kobe calls it a career, and nba's third leading scorer and winner of five nba championships. >> bravo. time is 4:49. time to check on business news. >> money watch's jill wagner joins us live from the new york stock exchange and jill, we hear there is some
