friday morning specially just aren't there at this time. accident where we had one cleared on the schuylkill westbound off ramp to city avenue looking g good on schuylkill right now, see it change in a little bit. another place where we did have accident that's also cleared, new jersey turnpike northbound past height town, one still out there, skippack pike at north wales road. jim, over to you. >> while bill cosby sexual assault trial is on hold, heads to court for another federal battle. wants a judge to avoid the secrecy clause surrounding their 2006 settlement. each side accuses the other of violating the pact. in today's hearing, a judge will decide which evidence can be used in the case and hear motions on the lawsuit cosby filed against accuser andrea con stein and her mother and lawyer. in addition, the judge will rule on a suit from con stand against former montgomery county district attorney bruce cast ton. now, she is accusing castor of defemation.

"eyewitness news" reporter jan carabeo will have a live update on this story in about 30 minute. >> new this morning, the fire rips through three homes in philadelphia's logan section. the fire broke out inside rowhouse around 11:30, 4500 block of marvine street. the flames spread to two surrounding homes before firefighters could get it under control. one person was treated for minor smoke inhalation, so far no word on the cause. overnight north korea attempted and failed to fire miss frill their eastern coast. that is according to us and south korean officials. the launch was timed to celebrate the 104th birthday of the country's founder. kimmel sewn. this is video of the state celebration. known as the eternal president, kim edge soon the grandfather of the current grandfather of kim jong un. >> democratic debate days before new york he is cast
